"Great Value hotel. We paid £37 for one night, with a light breakfast. It is unmanned but the system with doors etc are easy to use. We opted for the room with a private bathroom. The room was large and had a fridge. The shower was good. You have access to a good size kitchen which was large and spacious. All the appliances were available to use. The breakfast consisted of a box of cornflakes, a pint of milk, two slices of bread/toast with butter, honey and jam, a yoghurt and a slice of cheese....

"I stayed 1 night for work, the place was tidy and clean, I was in a room at the front of the property so could hear road traffic. It wasn’t too noisy. Kitchen area was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable. Parking only for 5 vehicles if people park correctly. I would stay again as it’s good location for travel to the centre of Lincoln isn’t to far away. But its convenient for my work place when I’m in Lincoln. "

"It does what it sets out to be very well. Access arrangements were easy and effective, a code. Sent by text for a numbered key safe, and the property spotless. Plenty of good parking. Room large enough for a short stay and with enough shelving for the purpose. Plenty of power points. Bathroom small but very good and an excellent shower with complimentary body wash etc. The only change we would suggest is that for cold nights, a thicker duvet would be good as even with the extra throws...
