"Great place to stay! Basement apartment with own private entrance and close to everything. Host was absolutely wonderful, easy to get a hold of and always a quick response. Fenced in yard was great for our dog too!! Location is close to everything and convenient. Would definitely stay here and again and highly recommend!"

"This two bedroom house is attractive, very clean, and set up considerately for guests. We needed extra sleeping space during a family gathering, and it was a comfortable and restful place to hang out. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were nice. Upon arrival, I was delighted to find a Keurig coffee maker and a tea kettle with a supply of coffee pods and tea. It had everything we needed for our visit."

And for the first time ever we all had a bed for our heads after a day full of family hugs, laughs and games. Every single thing about this property was perfect for our very large group. "Description of house was as described. Communication with host was quick and easy. Location of house was perfect and away from the hustle and bustle of KC. The only thing I would probably suggest would be for the cleaning fee paid of $150, I would expect house to in perfect condition. The refrigerator needed to be wiped out and I had to rewash some of the dishes before using them. But I am super picky about cleanliness.
