"I was here with a group of friends for 1 night for a bourbon distillery trip. We were here for buffalo trace. The property is well located and close to lots of stuff. That said, it's up on a hill that sits right next to a busy road. It's a very small space with a small kitchen that adjoins the only bathroom which is honestly a very tight squeeze with the washer and dryer sitting right in front of the door and the door opening out. "We were in town for a sporting event on campus and discovered the apartment was very conveniently located...not only to the University of Kentucky campus but to other popular sites in town. The apartment included a very modern kitchen and a very nice Kroger grocery within easy walking distance with which to stock that kitchen. We missed a more defined living room area, but the comfy king size bed, large shower, and off street parking made up for it. We would definitely stay here again."
