When I contacted the host with questions a few days before our stay they got back to me quickly. The only negatives were: a few of the items they said were included in the listing were actually not (firewood, paper towel, no hand soap in the kitchen); the bathroom in the primary bedroom has a jetted tub but only a handheld attachment for showers (it is not mounted) which...

Even when the kids were tired from skiing, they jumped right in the pool. They slept well each night. "Great communication, great spot for smores, love the basement, well stocked! if you stay in July the temp upstairs is very hot unless you figure out how to hold the AC temp lower on main floor, and it doesn't return to normal settings after 8hrs on its own. I would definitely come back as the relaxing setting is just right for vaca!"
