"We plan a girls trip every year. This was a perfect place for it. Enjoyed hiking and sitting around the camp fire. The house porches were very spacious and the scenery was gorgeous. Our favorite was the little grass island in the middle of the lake. We went out everyday to enjoy the sun and play games. We try somewhere different every year but would definitely go back here again. out every day and "

"I hesitate to keep writing great reviews because I worry the hidden secret of this property will get out. Visited my son at UM with my parents. I’ve stayed before and already knew how perfect it was and my parents kept raving about how clean and PERFECT it was. When I reached out to try to get a password to allow us to add another streaming app they got back to me immediately. Will always try to stay here when we visit my son at UM"

"We were in town for my niece’s wedding and needed comfortable accommodations for a group that included 2 students, an adult with limited mobility, and another adult who was at the tail end of their chemo treatments. The house was clean and well laid out, so we had no problems finding quiet areas to rest or catch up on homework. WiFi was fast, the Dollar General next door was SUPER convenient, and the nearby train tracks were far enough away to be quaint (fortunately, there were no light sleepers in our group). Lots of tasty places to eat within a 5-10 minute drive, plus a quilt shop to get lost in! Communication with the property manager was very good! I think the only “negative” is that Vrbo App/format isn’t as user friendly as a competitor’s, but that has nothing to do with this property. Definitely give this place a chance!"
