"Beds were excellent, cottage was clean and well equiped. Arrive Friday 20th around 14:15 and was told check-in was not until 16:00, bit we could buy and extra hour for a fee. This seems rather a poor way to welcome guests who are spending Hundreds of pounds on accommodation. On later checking the "welcome letter" it actually quoted 15:00 check-in. It left a bad taste from this 1 reception person. Otherwise the stay was good."

"Lovely one night stay as part of a road trip down to Cornwall. The host was lovely and friendly and made us welcome. The room was comfortable and quiet and we slept well. Delicious cooked breakfast in the morning. Ideally I’d have liked a bigger bath sheet that could wrap round me after a shower but for a short stay it was perfectly fine. "

"We got here late last night. Nikki was very helpful. Everything was as she said. The beds were comfortable and all was clean and tidy. We loved the quaintness of the place and am looking forward to a hike that overlooks the ocean."

"Station House was easy to find, easy self check in/out. It was clean and modern, and I loved having my own kitchenette. Would definitely stay again when in Plymouth. "

"Due to unforseen circumstances we arrived late on our first day, had told Donna and even though it was late she was there to greet us and help with our luggage. The room was spotless and the view over the estuary beautiful. Breakfast was delicious with thick bacon and sausage from a local butchers. What we both liked was the attentiveness that Donna gave us and other customers staying there. She would also call each of us by our fist names. Something that just made the stay a bit more...

"Great place for a couple of days, great view from property over estuary and boats, only one problem was the stairs to the top floor, nightmare with all the bags checking in, (young mans game) not for the infirm. "

"We booked a family suite which is lovely - very modern and tastefully decorated. A lovely tea/coffee area and bottles of water weee supplied. Both bedrooms have patio doors opening out onto outside area. The views are amazing and it is just so peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was amazing - THE BEST bacon!! Would highly recommend this place - ideal for walkers. "

"The B&B is in the centre of Tavistock which is excellent for those who intend on exploring the town during the day, the rooms are stylish and tasteful as well as the general decoration and atmosphere of the place which makes the stay feel extra special and more high-end in comparison to other B&B experiences. "

"Our stay was just totally amazing. The Tavistock Town House is a beautiful, very well maintained family home in a perfect central location in Tavistock. Liz could not have been a more perfect helpful host. All the essentials and more are provided…the welcoming Afternoon tea and milk in the fridge was just the icing in the cake!…will definitely be planning another stay soon !! "

"Very good location for me as it was within walking distance of my destination, parking was easy on street, without much difficulty finding a spot. Room was a good size with microwave, kettle plates and cutlery also iron/board and hair drier. TV was small but adequate with Freeview. I will be coming back here in the future."

"Lovely beach at Millendreath. Lots to see at Looe. Not so much to do when it is raining. A visit to Polperro is a must. Nice accommodation, well appointed, but avoid if allergic to pets hair."

"This is a beautiful little property set in a quiet location. The property is immaculate and the host very professional and friendly It’s an ideal location to visit the north coast. Recommend visiting the rising sun pub in Altarnun which is 10 mins drive away which is a traditional Cornish pub with excellent food."
