"Wonderful JC is so nice and so is his housekeeper Sepna. always left a continental or small breakfast for me even though i many times had to leave before breakfast being served. I always had enough coffee. treated like family. hated to leave. Especially Portugal."

"The place was really beautiful and quiet. The balcony was a plus as you could relax there. The staff were very attentive. Leonel was especially sweet and thoughtful when we requested to take our order from the bar to our room. He carried 2 trays of food to our room, even though room service wasn’t available."

"Our family of 5 (kids ages of 6, 4 and 1.5 year old) absolutely loved our stay! Albertina provided us with so many thoughtful things for our stay including a crib, high chair, and a paddling pool for our infant. Albertina made sure we had everything we needed or knew where to go to get it. The place is very spacious, you get the entire farm to yourself, and our family was very sad we had to go! Hope to stay again!"

"Great hotel and great amenities. The staff was amazing and so was the food. Unfortunately it is located in an area with little surrounding such as a supermarket, restaurants … also no phone service but a great WiFi coverage. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday."

"I did a roadtrip to Portugal and one of my stops was Evora, next day my plan was to go to Fatima. This Hotel was 45 minutes from Evora in the way to Fatima, I loved to stay here for one night because the surroundings of the hotel are very relaxing and the views beautiful. The room was very clean, loved the decor of the room. The pool was very refreshing with the high temperature of summer in the area. "

"Portugal and it's people are gentle and kind. We have visited many times and love it north to south. Tucked away at the end of a bumpy dirt road is a real gem. Only 7 rooms - ours even had a wood burning stove (yes it did). More oranges than you could eat in a lifetime and so quiet at night you can hear them grow. This location is worthy of your time and is a great value if slow and easy is your mission. Go with the flow here - take a walk - eat an orange - meet a burro - say hello to your partner. We did enjoy ourselves..."
