Great Property for a Football Weekend
Thoroughly enjoyed our football weekend staying at this property. It had plenty of room along with everything needed to prepare our meals. Great property.

Perfect Lake Getaway
This location was perfect for our family getaway on the lake. Cindy was extremely responsive and helpful. The family had a blast and we definitely look forward to staying here again!

Holiday weekend
Wonderful property, accurate listing, newly redone, very clean. The property is well stocked and the kids enjoyed the complimentary s’mores. We would definitely come back in the future.

Fall Family Lake Trip
We had such a fun stay at this property. Not only was the property very clean but there were many thoughtful details that we very much appreciated. The kitchen was fully stocked and loved having the set up of body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the both of the showers. There was plenty of outside areas to enjoy including a fire pit with wood ready to use and of course lake access with a dock. If our travels bring us to Harwell again we would definitely consider coming back.

Perfect Lake Stay
Our stay was absolutely amazing! The property was just as described and there was more than enough of room for my family and our 2 pups. We brought our boat so the covered dock was perfect. The host was super easy to work with. Definitely would stay again!

Peaceful cove
This is a nice home, modern, clean, and located on a quiet cove of Lake Hartwell. Great property to bring a boat. Slip to keep our boat in, and nice dock to hang out.

Great property
Fantastic spot on the lake. Easy access to boat ramp. Neighbors are fantastic. Property has everything you need to enjoy time on the lake. Wonderful setup, relaxing with plenty of amenities. House is very well maintained and clean. I would recommend this property to any of my friends and will probably book again in the future.

Weather was beautiful. Enjoyed visiting nearby State Park. Also went into town of Lavonia to eat at recommended places. 211 Main street Bakery/Cafe was wonderful. Loved having 2 kayaks for our use, we used them daily. Overall a very quiet and relaxing getaway.

The house was so wonderful! The setup was amazing and the location was perfect. Would definitely go back. The provided kayaks and paddle boat were utilized, allowing the teens to use them as well as our own boats. The new fire pit area was really nice also. Such a nice getaway!!

The house was beautiful. We loved the fire pit and playing darts on the porch. There was a welcome gift of s'mores ingredients when we arrived, which was so nice. We can't wait to come back in the summer and play in the lake.

Perfect lake house and covered dock
Our family (6 adults and 2 dogs) enjoyed our 4th of July stay at this well appointed lake house. The house is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. The outside decks and fire pit are awesome as is the boat dock (our pontoon boat fit nicely and the lounge chairs and umbrellas meant everyone was comfortable for hours). Would definitely stay again. The hosts were great-communication was easy.

Had a great girls weekend here! The property had everything we needed and was very comfortable.
The location was perfect and we felt right at home immediately. Also had very thoughtful extras like s’more ingredients for the fire pit, some bottled water and plenty of beach towels. We kayaked and used the paddle boat in the lovely cove. Great weekend and great rental experience! Thank you 😊

Great location
We had an excellent time. We really enjoyed staying in the rental. We rented a boat for a few days and kept it at the property. The lake was peaceful. I am not sure how it is at other times of the year; but, in the fall there was hardly anyone else around. We didn’t swim or kayak; but, I am sure those options would be really enjoyable during the summer months.

This property is the nicest in every way. So nice this was a return stay for us. Well kept house, dock, outside area. You can't help but relax and enjoy! Owner is a delight and very accommodating. One of the cleanest houses I have stayed in. Easy drive off the highway. Book it!

- great communication throughout the whole booking process as well as our stay there - 2 kayaks, pedal boat, and life jackets made it easy to enjoy some time on the water - plenty of parking, beach towels, board games, and other amenities for a comfortable stay - the complementary s'mores was such a nice touch - tip: arrive during daylight since the last mile of the drive in was narrow and hilly

Wonderful home. Clean, clean with attention to small details. Beds very cozy. Convenient to Laconia. Very easy walk on clean concrete to lake. Lots of games, etc.

Stayed here with my wife and teenage daughter with her best friend. We took the upstairs, they had their own space downstairs, great setup. Exactly what we needed - the reviews are all accurate and the owner communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Last Vacay before School
We have been to this neighborhood a few times and have loved the location. This home is right on the water with a great dock! The house is tidy and well decorated. Overall one of our favorites to stay in from over the years. The fire-pit and the smores were a huge hit!! Only suggestion is more blankets! Thanks for allowing us to stay. We had a blast!!
