ALTURA T2 Duplex wifi au pied des montagnes

Magnificent apartment on the 3rd floor with lift in the ALTURA Residence, facing south with a view of the slopes. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed 140x190 and an open bedroom with 2 small beds 90x140, a sofa bed that makes a 2-in-1 bed (in 2X80x190 or 160x190). Possibility to rent parking spaces in the basement of the residence.

Furnished in a \'mountain\' style, fully equipped, the apartment is located in a recent residence with lift, WIFI, at the foot of the Rombière and Font d\'Alagnon ski slopes. You will find a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker and Tassimo/washing machine, kettle, toaster, citrus press... but no dishwasher). A raclette machine is also present. This accommodation also has a bathroom with its toilet and a separate toilet.

You will enjoy all the comfort of a new apartment, perfectly oriented south, facing the forest, summer and winter.

The absolute calm of this area of the resort is a strong point that will allow you to spend a very pleasant holiday.

Non-smoking accommodation; pets accepted and collective WIFI connection.

Linen and towels are not provided, possibility to rent them on request.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement, l'espace dans l'appart, la propreté. Accueil chaleureux par le propriétaire. Correspond aux photos. Venus fin Juin 2021, très calme. Je pense aussi que cet Appart est idéal l'hiver pour le ski car grande Salle de bain pour séchage des combis de ski. Séjour super agréable. Je recommande

Très beau logement
Idéalement situé, facile d'accès. Il faudra cependant prendre la voiture pour vous rendre à l'épicerie et au centre de la station si la neige est absente. L'accès aux pistes reste cependant direct à pied. Hors un lave vaisselle absent, l'équipement de l'appartement en electromenager est très complet. -Equiper l'appartement d'un lave-vaisselle - Installer des devidoirs à papier wc. - Avoir un outil adapté pour pouvoir faire les vitres extérieures. - Intaller une penderie sous l'escalier
