This magnificent house is located in the historic center of Lavaur in a peaceful place out of sight, and a five-minute walk from Saint-Alain cathedral (1255). We are close to many quality shops and restaurants which we will be delighted to recommend to you.

Croix de Pastel offers you glass privacy, a music room, veranda and outdoor spaces: garden, swimming pool, jacuzzi and hammam.

Croix de Pastel is made up of 3 communicating lodgings on 600m2 of living space:
• Pastelier: 6 ch. Pastelier house. for 14 pax, 4 bathrooms / SDE, large fitted kitchen, sitting areas and children's playroom.
• Cathar: T4 apartment on the 2nd floor. 3 ch. for 6 pax with private SDE. Living room, dining room and fitted kitchen.
• Byzantine: emblematic tower of Lavaur with 360 degree view, 2 bedrooms. for 4 pax with private SDE. Living room, dining room and fitted kitchen.

RELAXATION AREA :
A lounge area for a reading break and a large fully equipped kitchen will be at your disposal.
You will have access to the garden, the barbecue, the swimming pool, the spa and the hammam which are private to the establishment and to be shared in the event that our other accommodation is occupied; Don't forget the swimsuits - which are mandatory!

I am on hand to welcome you and delighted to help you organize your stay with us and provide addresses of caterers, pastry chefs, florists ...
We can offer you many activities within Croix de Pastel: yoga, cooking, pastry, wine tasting lessons, golf initiation, creativity workshops, pottery… Do not hesitate to contact us for more information .

CAR PARK :
Several free parking lots for an indefinite period are available nearby: Place des Consuls (50 meters), or Place Rene Cassin (300 meters).

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION :
We are ideally located to enjoy the beauty of Occitania in the heart of a triangle between Toulouse, Albi and Castres - each about 40 minutes from Lavaur. We are also 1 hour from Cordes-sur-Ciel and 1 hour 30 from Carcassonne.

Household linen is provided, sheets and towels.
The cleaning fee of € 200 is optional and invoiced on site.

Superb house with great hosts
We had a fantastic stay and many of the party enjoyed the air conditioned bedrooms!! Very well equipped kitchen - with everything we needed to cook at home and a great recommendation for a local restaurant (chez Fernandez)we we certainly didn’t go hungry . Severine and Yannis were amazing hosts ( especially when one of our party needed a doctor ) helpful and friendly. Pool was great although not easy to get out of for those with limited mobility. Jacuzzi and Hamam were well used too. Easy to get everywhere and teenagers enjoyed being able to walk into town on their own. Only very slight issue was a lack of outdoor drying space for clothes - we were encouraged to use the tumble dryer but for ecological reasons preferred not to and some airers would have been good . Otherwise a great house for a cross generational family get together

Produit rare: un havre de paix, permettant d'accueillir toute la famille. Des propriétaires très sympathique, à l'écoute de nos demandes et besoins. Un grand merci à eux. C est tout simplement extraordinaire, tant pour la localisation (centre du village et à 40 mn d une foule de lieux à visiter) le cadre (piscine jacuzzi sauna espace vert merveilleusement entretenu) les équipements (24 couchages tous très confortables 11 chambres rien ne manque à la cuisine) enfin les gérants Yannis et sa femme, adorables, à l écoute, de bon conseil, et très sympathiques. Très bonne prestation et accueil
Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour passer un très agréable moment en groupe (nous étions 7 adultes et 10 enfants).La maison offre un très grand espace ce qui permet d'avoir son indépendance . Les propriétaires charmants avec qui nous avons bien sympathisé ont su rénover avec goût et modernité cette vieille bâtisse . Malgré qu'elle soit située en centre ville nous avons profite de l'extérieur spacieux également et sans vis a vis.Nous avons apprécié bien sur la piscine, jacuzzi et hammam autant les petits que les grands . Le mobilier et l'aménagement intérieur sont récents et de qualité ,ce qui est aussi très agréable .Bref nous avons passé une super semaine .. A refaire...

"Gîte immense situé (et c''est assez rare) en plein centre de la ville de lavaur sur la rue commerçante mais qui reste pourtant très calme. Bien équipé. Agréable même avec beaucoup de convives (nous étions 10 adultes et 7 enfants); excellent accueil des personnes en charge du gîte (ce ne sont pas les propriétaires qui procèdent à l''accueil). Quelques points à parfaire: linge de toilette rêche et juste en quantité; pas de nappe pour les fêtes et température un peu limite (le gite est tellement grand qu''il est difficile à chauffer), heureusement il y avait un poêle. Bon point: ordinateur et WIFI (devrait être indiqués dans l''annonce).Gite de charme à conseiller."

"Si vous cherchez une maison de caractère, spacieuse, confortable et bien entretenue, n’hésitez pas. Nos pas nous y ont conduit fin août 2010. Un endroit magique pour une véritable semaine de bonheur familial dans un environnement préservé et accueillant, Les grands et les petits peuvent ici coexister sans se marcher sur les pieds. Isabelle et Bernard nous ont accueilli chaleureusement dans ce havre de paix. Le jardin ombragé vous invite à la sieste. Le Tarn est un département à découvrir et Lavaur une ville calme et agréable. Tout est conforme à l’annonce. Merci pour la qualité du lieu. Nous reviendrons. "

"Nous avons bien aimé cette location qui convient à l''accueil de plusieurs familles avec des enfants. l''équipement est adapté, les commerces proches et le calme est assuré malgré la proximité du centre ville. les enfants ont aimé la salle de jeux mis à leur diposition avec tous les déguisements et jouets...L''accueil de Isabelle et Bernard est appréciable ainsi que le ménage compris dans le séjour. "Nous tenons collectivement à dire combien notre séjour dans cette maison c''est bien passé. La maison est vraiment superbe,très adaptée pour des "tribus" et d''un calme... "Magnifique maison, immen...
"Magnifique maison, immense, propre, confortable, rénovée avec goût et en plein centre historique. On peut tout faire à pied : petits commerces, supermarché, marchés du samedi et du mercredi sont à quelques minutes. On peut très bien se passer de voiture ! Le jardin clos est très tranquille et bien ombragé, la piscine est bien entretenue. Grand choix de visites touristiques et d'activités dans un rayon de 30mn à 1h de voiture : les enfants ont adoré Cap Découverte (Carmaux), Aqualand (Lautrec) et la Cité de l'espace (Toulouse), les plus grands ont apprécié Albi, Toulouse, Rabastens et... Lavaur. Le couple chargé de l'accueil est chaleureux et disponible sans être envahissant. Tout était parfait !"
