The Beach House, holiday home

"The Beach House" (code Citra 010028-LT-0016) is a completely renovated new apartment.
We have tried to create a welcoming, practical, comfortable and modern environment.
Everything you will find inside the apartment is at your disposal during your stay: kitchen equipped with everything you need, utensils, oven, dishwasher and fridge, washer and dryer, small drying rack, ironing board, iron , full bathroom, very large shower, hairdryer, small hair straightener and towels.
The bedroom has a nice large bed, two bedside tables with lamps, alarm clock, chest of drawers, spacious wardrobe and a shoe rack.
In the entrance hall there is a comfortable sofa that can be transformed into a double bed if necessary, a television and a table where you can perhaps sit down and write a postcard ....
The entrance is independent, therefore total freedom.
"The Beach House" is in the center, everything is within walking distance, the beach, shops and clubs.
Station at 800 meters, bus stop at 30 meters, port (ferries) at 1km, highway at 1.3km.
To allow you to fully experience our city, we also put 2 bikes at your disposal!

Loved our stay!
We really enjoyed our time in Lavanga at the Beach House. Check in was very easy, and the house had absolutely anything you'd need for a holiday break! The kitchen was very well equipped, the bathroom was modern and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect, with a couple of small supermarkets nearby, and the main town centre with lots of bars and restaurants. The beach was about a 10 min walk away, and the train station about 13min. The guest book had all the information about the area we needed!

It is near the centre and beach. Clean and everything is present. Only poor thing is the noise from the road by cars in the night

Excellent stay at The Beach House
The host was very attentive to our needs. The house is very cozy and has absolutely everything you may need during your stay. The location is perfect and close to Lavagna train station. I would definitely book it again for my next visit.
