This home was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family! It was well stocked and I was very grateful for the kitchen. The yard was fun to play in and only 5 minutes from downtown Lava Hot Springs. A really great home, great communication and great fun! Highly recommend!

Great place. Bunk beds were very uncomfortable. Hard to even sit up in. Maybe better for young children. A short drive to town. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay!!

The house was perfect for our family, we enjoyed the big open kitchen to cook and hang out in and the nice big yard for outside games. We really liked that it was a few miles outside of downtown lava so you didnt have to deal with traffic issues. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and made sure to let us know all the details that we eould need to know. We would definitely return and stay again.

First use of Evolve stay
The place was exactly what was shown. It was clean neat and beautifully set up. The accommodations were just what was expected. It was quiet and very calming to stay there the grandkids loved the back yard area to walk around in. The deck was great, with a beautiful view no matter what direction one would look in. I was lucky enough one morning to see 2 bucks heading back to the hills behind the place. I am hoping that this vacation is the start of many more in this home.

We’ve never been to Lava Hot Springs so this rental turned out to be perfect. It was far enough away from town to have some space with peace and quiet but close enough that it didn’t take a lot of driving to go enjoy everything that Lava Hot Springs has to offer. The property manager was very helpful and the property itself was well maintained and clean. They utilized the space in the home to provide comfortable bedding options for my family of 6. We could’ve easily had another family of 6 stay with us and made it work. Highly recommend this specific property.

Lovely Stay
A warm and inviting home during the Christmas weekend stay. There was plenty of room outside to play in the snow and indoors to play games. A perfect spot out of the city life! Checking in and house access was simple, absolutely no hassle during the stay!

If you are looking for a place to stay that is not right downtown Lava Hot Springs then I recommend staying here. Your a few minutes from the hot springs but not far. We like the quiet this place provides. The house was clean and had enough pots and pans for what we needed. They only had salt and pepper so if you need spices you need to buy or bring some. The yard was great for games. We played corn hole, bocce and ladder ball. It would be a great yard to pitch a tent. We would honestly not hesitate staying here again.

Family Vacation
We came to Lava for a family vacation. This house was perfect, the beds were very comfortable. It's only a 10 minute drive to the pool and shops. I would love to come back and stay here again. My family and I had so much fun.

This home was just a few minutes from lava Hot Springs pool and hot pools. The kitchen was awesome with everything you would need! And the beds were comfortable. The owners were fantastic, with easy check in and check out!
