"We stayed at Le Petit Soyc in August 2023. This is a fantastic villa. Accommodation is very comfortable. Plenty of room for 8 of us with room to spare. The layout is superb. The kitchen is big, modern and well equipped. The outdoor dining area is really good. The swimming pool, pool house and shade is also spot on. We had a fantastic stay. Temperature was over 40 degrees! Local area is peaceful and beautiful. I would definitely recommend 100%. Property owner is as fantastic as the villa!"

"Tout est prévu pour se sentir à la maison, y compris un équipement moderne comme une grande tv et une connexion Wi-Fi très haut débit ! Mais ce n'est pas pour cela que l'on vient à la Baudette, c'est pour son calme, sa tranquilité et sa piscine pour se raffraichir ! Cerise sur le gateau, son hôte Isabelle très accueillante et arrangeante. Je recommande chaudement !"

"A lovely little cottage in such a peaceful location - perfect for time to get away from everything . The swimming pool was a real bonus and Ann Elise was the perfect host . We were able to enjoy time to ourselves as well as being able to explore the area . The cottage had everything we needed , and more , very comfortable and a real home from home . Bien que nouveaux dans la région, ils la connaissent déjà très bien et ont toujours le bon tuyau pour un bon petit restaurant ou un joli village à découvrir. Quand au cadre, il est somptueux !"

"The property really did live up to the expectations of the photographs. A really lovely set up, and the owners Jo and Paul were wonderful and very helpful with local advise and recommendations. We particluarly loved the hot tub especially as it is covered so when it was raining it didnt matter! The pool was the only one i have ever been to that was properly heated to a perfect temperature. We highly recommend a stay here. "

"Fantastic adult get away. Peace and quiet in delightful surroundings. Pool was as fabulous as the pictures looked and very well maintained. Property pictures didn’t really do it justice. Fantastic adaptation to an old building. light, airy and cool. Stunningly situated in the French countryside with loads of places to visit. Highly recommended. "Very disappointed . This was booked for my 60th birthday which to be fair was ruined. This property is NOT as described in the listing . It was listed as having WiFi in the cottage- it did not. It was after complaining that the owner provided us with a ‘ booster’ that enabled us to have the WiFi . The hot tub was listed as being included. It was NOT and the owner wanted to charge us €30 for 2 hours use. We arrived late Sunday afternoon when all shops in France close at midday . There were No ...
