"Wonderfull"

"Wonderful property. The building is over 200 years old but completely remodeled with all the modern amenities you would need. We traveled with my family (2 adults + 2 kids) and my parents. The location was easily accessible to transportation and walkable to the main city park. Very clean and well stocked which is always appreciated. The one downside was the hot tub was broken but that is no one’s fault and we still enjoyed the sauna. The owners were especially kind. Would stay here again if ever...

"Cannot say enough good things, we loved our stay at this property. The balcony was amazing and the ability to open windows was great. There was a drying rack on the balcony that I could use to air dry some clothes that I hand washed as well. The AC cooled the apartment well after some time to catch up. We were trying to keep the windows open and it got a bit warm in the apartment which is why the AC needed some time to catch up. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were a bit flat. The water...

"From booking to arriving and then leaving the process was very easy. The chalet itself is stunning, photos I saw prior to arriving did not do the property justice. This is without a doubt the best property we have booked in Switzerland. Lauterbrunnen is stunning and has numerous restaurants and shops. Parking in town can be difficult, but there is a path across from the chalet that is a lovely cycle into town. I will book this again next year. "

"We spent two weeks over Xmas to New Year and we had a lovely time. The apartment was as advertised and very comfortable. A little bit of traffic noise as the place was right on the road to Stechelberg (and snow ploughs when it snowed started early) but it wasn’t enough to affect the stay. Our first white Xmas and the owners had even set a Xmas tree and decorations around the apartment for our arrival. Highly recommended for a family it was wonderful "

"Racer’s retreat was an excellent property. Very clean, with updated bathrooms and all the kitchen supplies you need (including multiple fondue pots). Check in and out was easy. The property is a bit of a walk from town. However, we enjoyed it every morning and evening, as it provides seclusion and the scenery is beautiful. We would definitely stay at the property again. "

"The property is really nice and it is very spacious for the town it's located in. Comparable hotel rooms are much smaller. The maintenance support was great. We had no hot water for a few hours and when notified, the maintenance crew showed up immediately to fix the issue. The instructions could have been better though. The trash cans are locked and need a key. "

"We enjoyed this chalet very much as it had everything we needed! The views were amazing from every window and from the balcony. We would definitely stay there again when we visit Wengen."
