Our apartment (about 75 m²) is located in a 100 year old town house with a breathtaking view over the whole Erzgebirge. Centrally located in the village, the outdoor pool, the bakery, the butcher, the pharmacy, the drugstore, the supermarket are within easy walking distance. Even a children's playground is nearby. The apartment is 600 meters above sea level and faces south. The house was renovated and adapted to the conditions of modern times. The charm of the 100-year-old toilet 5 levels lower, although retained, but also equipped with heating. It's not bad, it's a bit different and a witness to the past, that used to be quite normal for people in the old days. For the children of today, that's just a bit of history lessons at the same time.
There is free parking opposite the house. The house has a beautiful garden with many flowers, with gazebo and barbecue and porch swing, ideal for the summer. In the garden there is even a children's playhouse and everywhere there are plenty of children's toys! What more does the child's heart want? Even in winter, fun and games are provided! Dogs are welcome, but should stay in the garden or on the covered terrace.
