The decor is a bit dated perhaps but all the things you wish are present and more. The keeper family Diedrich is very nice and helpful. "Leider war alles sehr abgewohnt. Fernseher im UG war kaputt. Rauchmelder fehlten teilweise. Lattenroste kaputt. OG gingen Fenster in Bad und Küche nicht zu öffnen. Stockflecken in der Dusche. Wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht nochmal buchen. Im Garten hätte man rasen mähen können und auf den Wegen Unkraut Knie hoch! Aber tolle Umgebung!!"

"We recently stayed in this apartment and we can highly recommend this. The reservation and booking on HomeAway was carried out without any problems and the host was very responsive to mails and questions about the apartment and stay. The apartment was newly renovated and spacious enough for two families and making a nice base for vacation in Harz. Upon arrival we were met by a very friendly host which made sure everything was as agreed."

"Meine Tochter und ich haben den Aufenthalt in den Ferienhaus der Familie Arnold sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist echt toll und hat alles was man braucht. Sehr schön fand ich auch die Terrasse und den Ausblick auf den Garten. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist auch super, man benötigt nur 10 Minuten, um in die Stadt oder zum Bahnhof zu gehen. Gerne wieder."

"wir haben hier mit 3 Familien inklusive 8 Kindern ein schönes langes Wochenende verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr groß mit vielen Zimmern, so das für jeden was dabei ist. Es gibt einen netten Partykeller und eine Sauna (allerdings nur bis 60 Grad). Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein paar Dinge sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen (z.B Dartboard) aber uns hat es sehr gut gefallen."

"Die Häuschen liegen ruhig, etwas versteckt, direkt am Waldrand. Zum Erholen genau richtig. Leider ist es für 4 Personen, gerade mit Kindern im Alter von 11 und 13 Jahren etwas zu klein und zu eng. Ansonsten ist im Häuschen alles was man benötigt und es liegt sehr schön...besonders für Wanderer super geeignet. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Das eizigste was wirklich fehlte war WLan. Wir hatten in der gesamten Gegend von Lautenthal keinen Internetempfang. Was...
