"First I sent multiple messages to the host and received no answer, just a few a days before arrival she wrote me to introduce herself, but communication was terrible. The apartment is underground, it was dirty, had a lot of spider webs, smelled like humidity, the walls were covered in humidity, there was no ventilation, no wifi, no telephone coverage inside the property, it was dark, dirty and inefficient.
