"Pros: The location was perfect, near La Comedie square and all the attractions are walking distance. There was a washer and dryer which was very convenient. The property manager was easy to get a hold of and was quick to respond to any questions. Cons: the place is very outdated, the pictures are deceiving and not as expected when you walk in. "The apartment is nice for maximum 2 people. The girl in charge doesn't speak English and it's very laid back, so make sure she understands the agreement about your arrival and your leave. The neighborhood can be a little sketchy after 9 pm and the entrance of the building is quite nasty because people smoke and leave trash."
