The room was clean and comfortable, likely recently renovated. The breakfast was below average. The waffle machine and juice dispenser weren’t working due to an electrical problem caused by renovations but the hotel didn’t make any alternative arrangements like bottled juice.

Easy prompt check in and check out. Breakfast was bag type due to construction. Everyone very friendly. Would recommend for any visit to Laurel. Shower pressure a bit weak, though.

The hotel was under renovations. Dusty, dirty, no pool, no hot breakfast. Breakfast was a to-go bag. Orange, water, chewy bagel, peanut butter and jelly condiment. I had asked for a reduction in rate which was not honored.

This property was under construction but we were never notified. Work was actively occurring in front of the elevators and lobby during peak checkout time. Dust was everywhere. No consideration was given for the inconvenience.

We were not told the hotel was being renovated. The lobby was in complete disarray. There was no complimentary breakfast. Our room still had blue painters tape on the wall. The peep hole in the door was stuffed with paper because it hadn’t been installed yet. The wallpaper by the bathroom mirror was lifted and peeling off. The construction crew started at 8am which woke us up. Definitely not worth $200 per night! I’d like at least a partial refund.

We were very happy with our stay. They let us know ahead of time that renovations were going on. We were in a newly renovated room that was beautiful. We noticed that the air conditioning unit was very quiet along with any other appliances. Jessie at the desk was wonderful

Seemed great when we arrived. Good front desk service. They did not tell us that they booked an entire school of graduating seniors for Senior Night. We thought we were going to be shot through our door as young adults ran wild up and down the halls, banging doors, yelling and have a free-for-all. The next morning the front desk acted as though nothing had happened. Terrible! Put them on another floor with security at elevators!!!!
