Comfortable,quiet,Warm &Private.Great location to base our activities.Wonderful old house, fully maintained and brimming in beautiful antique furnishings and fittings. A stand out enterprise surrounded by history all within walking distance in particular the Cataract Gorge.

Lovely house. Jenny our was welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The supplied continental breakfast was high quality and more than ample,including fresh fruit, yougurt, orange juice, museli, toast, muffins. Comfortable bed, well appointed en-suite. Located in walking distance of restaurants and the Cataract Gorge.

It was a wonderful stay at Turret House. Jenny, owner of the prenises, has great smiles and is attention to details of every bit of the room decor. The bed is very comfy. The towels are from Sheriden. Although we didn't get to use the kitchen and no hot breakfast, all else had made up to it. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone who plans to stay in Launceston for a night or 2. Thank you Jenny!

Beautiful house, conveniently located.
Jenny was a most pleasant and helpful hostess. The house was beautifully restored and the garden was lovely. Jenny was only too pleased to show us around the house and tell us about it's history. The breakfast was extremely generous and more than enough for two people. We would love to go back and spend some more time in Launceston.
