The Space:
Welcome to your cosy suburban getaway, surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens that seamlessly fit the peaceful setting. With ample off-street parking at your doorstep, convenience is at your fingertips throughout your stay.
Step into the hallway and immediately feel at home. This place keeps things simple while providing all the modern comforts for a pleasant stay. The lounge room is to your left, filled with natural light and sunshine, perfect for relaxing on the comfortable seating and catching up on favorite shows.
The living area seamlessly flows into the spacious kitchen-dining space, featuring a tasteful six-seater dining suite and a well-appointed kitchen with contemporary appliances. Everything you need for home-cooked meals is here. The dining area opens onto the deck and backyard, inviting you to embrace Tassie's fresh elements.
Four bedrooms branch off the main hallway, each with comfy bedding for a restful sleep. The master bedroom features a spacious queen bed, walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. Two queen bedrooms offer built-in wardrobes, while the double bedroom provides a smaller storage option.
Towards the end of the hallway, you'll find the main bathroom and separate toilet for privacy and convenience. The main bathroom features a lovely walk-in shower and a beautiful bath for unwinding. The separate toilet is just a short step away. The laundry, equipped with a washing machine, bench space, and deck access, completes this home's functionality.

The Neighborhood:
With well-manicured homes, recreational areas, peaceful streets and amenities at your doorstep, Prospect is quintessential suburbia. With grocery stores, pharmacies and shopping available at either Prospect Vale Marketplace or the Old Tudor complex, you will find all you need close by.
Prospect is home to the Silverdome, which is host to many local, interstate and international sporting events and concerts. The Country Club is a short distance away, providing restaurants, bars, Casino facilities, live music, and entertainment throughout the year. The expansive grounds also include a driving range and lush golf course for your enjoyment. The facility is family-friendly and even offers horseback rides for all ages. The Kate Reed Reserve Mountain Bike Trails are located behind the Silverdome for those wishing to enjoy an exciting network of single tracks close to the city.
Only 8 minutes from the city, it’s an easy drive to town. Here you will find many delicious cafés and restaurants, an array of shops and boutiques, a vast range of cocktail bars and pubs and many amenities and recreational spaces. The City Park is not to be missed, surrounded by beautiful oak tree gardens, you will find unique and fun experiences to enjoy such as train rides, a playground for the children, a plant-filled conservatory, and cheeky snow monkeys.
Whilst in the CBD, make sure to visit the Cataract Gorge. A spectacular natural formation where you can enjoy long and short walks, fresh water swimming basins, the world's longest single-span chairlift and vibrant peacocks! An additional, unique way to experience this attraction is via the Tamar Cruise vessel, which cruises through the waters that carve between the rocky formations.

To get the most out of your stay, to be able to explore all that Launceston and its surrounds have to offer, a car is recommended. Additionally, there are many alternative options listed below:
METRO BUS SERVICE: Metro bus service provides transportation throughout Launceston and its surrounding suburbs each day. To access timetables, routes, and prices, please visit the Metro Tasmania Website.
FREE TIGER BUS: The bus travels around the city. There are bus stops located nearby outside Princes Square Park and the Launceston General Hospital. ELECTRIC SCOOTERS: You will find purple electric scooters scattered around Launceston. To access these, please download the App ‘Beam’. Please wear the helmet provided and be safe!
BIKE RENTAL: Roll Cycles at 145 Wellington St, Launceston offer bike rentals with options to suit most riders. Whether you are taking a leisurely stroll around town or taking on our world-famous mountain bike trails, Roll Cycles have you covered.
UBER: Uber is a popular form of transport used by many locals and tourists. To use, simply download the ‘Uber’ app on your phone and book a ride to your destination.

Other Things to Note:
There is ample off-street parking at the property accommodating up to 4 vehicles in the main, and front driveways. The driveway measures 3.1 meters in width.
Please note for longer stays, an additional fortnightly mid stay cleaning charge will apply to your stay.
Please keep your showers to a maximum of 25 minutes at a time to avoid running out of hot water throughout your stay.
