Kennedy is an inner city 200m2 grand Victorian Terrace set in the centre of the events quarter of Launceston CBD.

Upstairs has the master King size bedroom with balcony, separate toilet, award winning bathroom with dual basins, shower and claw foot bath, and the double bedroom.

A grand staircase connects to the downstairs level with a spacious King bedroom, lounge room, dining room, kitchen and laundry with second toilet.

New kitchen with stone benchtops, dishwasher and modern appliances including Nespresso machine with pods and tea selection this sits in between the generous sized dining table or the back yard with the BBQ and outdoor setting.

60" Samsung LCD TV with Netflix and free high-speed (250mpbs) Wi-fi included.

We also pride ourselves on having properties with good water pressure for nice hot showers and plush new bedding on high-grade pillow top mattresses.

Off-street parking is metres from the back door in the secure yard through remote control roll-a-door access.

This residence is council approved as short-term accommodation for full peace of mind.

It's across the road from City Park and the monkey enclosure (rated in Australia's Top 10 Parks), across from the Albert Hall and on the same block as Saturday's Harvest Market - again a previous award winner of Australia's best farmers market. Victorian Terrace central to the CBD
Ideal property for a family or a couple stay in Launceston The property has been renovated to a high standard yet keeping the terrace house feel As it only has one bathroom with separate WC located on the first floor its not ideal for several couples to stay The dining room & kitchen are yet to be renovated but we both had a good stay

A great house for 4 adults - plenty of space and just like the pictures indicated. Good heating provided for those chilly Launceston nights & very comfortable beds. Perfect location for walking around Launceston CBD.

Very central and clean comfortable and well presented property. Generous extras and quality furnishings. The house had rustic, old world charm and the location close to parks, cafes and a wonderful Harvest market. Highly recommended.
