"Our room was spacious and clean.The hotel is very conveniently located on the river and just a few blocks from the old square. Just steps away from the tram line, which made it easy to get to the train station and the Schloss Eggenburg. Breakfast was incredible! "

"The hotel is located within an easy walk to the old town. The spa is connected to the hotel underground. The weather was terrible when we were there and so we had dinner in the hotel restaurant that turned out to be wonderful. Staff and service were great. The spa really makes this place special (although some Americans may not be comfortable with mixed-sex nudity, which is required in the sauna areas). "

"Super summer stay in beautiful Graz. Hotel is close to the city center and the Schlossberg. Shopping, dining, bars all in very walkable distance. And it is by the river which is good for a run. Rooftop sauna with beautiful view. Very friendly and helpful staff. only negative to report is the construction works around the hotel 08/2024."
