"Very average experience. The room was very dark with no view- corner view at courtyards on 2nd flor has no daylight at all. No good morning , no goodbye from the staff during the day. Only one waiter during breakfast was very kind and helpful. Hotel only for sleep and breakfast. Nothing else, even no place for work during the day at lobby- no space for it. Overall- very poor quality to the price. Sorry"

"Located in the middle of Old Town it was easy to grab an meal or shop nearby. Trams and main road are very nearby. Hotel very stylish and comfortable. Staff was amazing and breakfast buffet was a perfect start to our day. Would stay here again!"

"Not very clean, clogged sink, they didn’t service our room, terrible pillows. Lady at reception was nice but said she’d get maintenance to fix the clogged sink and didn’t, so not very effective. Breakfast was good. "

"Check-in automate was broken, nobody on site. Had to work with staff by phone to even get room keys including rebooting the check-in automate. In the aftermath I ended up getting charged twice for the stay because of this and hotel refused to reimburse, claiming that it is just a hold while it is clearly a double booking. Worst experience. I would strongly recommend to avoid this place. Hotel provides ear plugs as it is so loud from traffic that sleeping without is impossible."

"The restaurant staff on arrival were very welcoming. We were provided with complimentary coffee and some cake. We were able to park beneath the property with lift access to the bistro that also acts as a reception. When booking in advance of our stay we were given the name of the room (Albis), a superior apartment on the second floor but this was not the room we were offered on arrival by the restaurant staff who greeted us. "The hotel is a 8 minute easy walk from Zurich HB or 4 minutes by tram #4 or 15. Excellent location with immense choices of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores (COOP, MIGROS) in all price ranges. Bahnhofstrasse the mail shopping for high end boutiques is a7 minute walk. The hotel staff is helpful and extreme friendly. The room I had was comfortable and had all the basic amenities such as shampoo, soap and lotion. Overall, this is one of the best choices to stay in Zürich. The tram lines are a two minute walk which can take you anywhere in the city"
