La Bigourdane - Three Bedroom House, Sleeps 6

In the commune of Lau-Balagnas, we offer this charming 110 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises an attractive 50 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a 300 m² enclosed garden, as well as a terrace and a closed garage. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area :
- A 50 m² living room with TV, wood stove (wood provided), sofas and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with, among other things: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, espresso machine...
- Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
- A bathroom with shower and bathtub.
- Two separate toilets

Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed garden of about 300 m².
- A terrace of about 26 m², facing south with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Lau-Balagnas, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. Nearby Argelès-Gazost (3km from the town center), you'll find all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

La Bigourdane "Gorgeous home and kind/friendly owners/managers. The layout of the house is really wonderful. We made good use of the kitchen and living spaces. This would be a great place to bring kids, as they provide a high chair and a pack 'n play crib. The wood burning stove is a lovely feature and we were impressed and happy that it was prepared for our use on arrival, with plenty of extra kindling, wood, everything we needed. Fyi future guests, certain amenities in this listing are not fully provided unless left by previous guests (things like dish soap and laundry detergent). Some toilet paper is provided when you arrive but you may have to get more for yourself during your stay. This is a small town in a beautiful setting. We missed the market on Tuesday morning but we did explore the Abbatiale Romane de Saint-Savin-en-Lavedan which overlooks the town. Highly recommended to visit that. We were only about 19 min from Lourdes, which was very convenient too. Loved it, highly recommend!"

La ubicación está genial para el propósito de nuestro viaje, que era hacer rutas en bicicleta por los puertos más emblemáticos: Hautacam, Tourmalet, Luz Ardiden, Pont d'Espagne, etc. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la nevera, pero a las pocas horas ya lo teníamos solucionado. 🙁 Que la limpieza no estuviera incluida no me gustó a priori (cuando uno está de vacaciones, no le apetece limpiar), pero sinceramente cuidando la casa bien y limpiando entre todos los huéspedes no se hace pesado. Además, ofrecen un suplemento de limpieza por 89€ si realmente no te apetece limpiar."
