"It is a very quiet and peaceful place with a fabulous pizzeria nearby. We enjoyed getting out of the city, seeing the donkeys, and having a wonderful conversation with our host."

"Lovely property well maintained in a remote location. Sadly the pool wasn’t in operation during our stay but that did not detract. We were allocated the pool house so unable to comment on the main house. Owners are friendly, welcoming and eager to please. The village of Darnius is quaint but very much a one-horse town (unfortunately someone has stolen the horse). If it’s tranquility you are after, you will find it here."
