This is a full-service resort. Your check-in procedures will model that of a hotel and your room number will be assigned during check in.


Enjoy all the glitz and glamor Las Vegas has to offer at this contemporary resort, located about 4 miles south of the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. The resort’s complimentary shuttle to and from the Strip puts the excitement of Las Vegas at your fingertips, from casinos and buffets to roller coasters, live entertainment, and more. Relax with a float down the resort’s lazy river, enjoy one of the on-site sport courts, or simply sit and soak in the hot tub. You’ll never be bored at WorldMark Boulevard.


This 1720 - 1958-square-foot condo-style 3 bedroom penthouse comes with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and a twin bed in the third bedroom. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table, the suite has two bathrooms with a jetted tub and amenities include a washer/dryer set, flat-screen TVs, a DVD player and a stereo with a CD player. Sleeps up to six.



The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $250 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.


The check- in time is 4 p.m. at the main building on-site, and check out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to WorldMark Boulevard is Harry Reid International Airport 2.5 miles by car respectively.

Covered and uncovered parking is available. The resort is not always able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.

No pets allowed. Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all WorldMark Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at WorldMark Managed or Not Managed locations.

Smoking is not permitted in the suites, patios, decks, or balconies at WorldMark Las Vegas Boulevard. This includes vaping and electronic cigarettes. However, there are designated smoking areas on the property.

A complimentary shuttle to the Las Vegas strip is available daily. Shuttles can fill up so please arrange alternate transportation if on a time constraint. Check with Guest Services for shuttle times.
Complimentary transportation is not allowed to make airport transfers.
Pool hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Lazy River winter hours are 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. A lifeguard is on duty at the Lazy River and main pool. There are no lifeguards on duty at the north and south pools. The pool is heated and open year round. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.
