The location is GREAT!!!!!! Located less than 10 min from the buzz of the Las Vegas strip, McCarren Airport and the future home of the Las Vegas Raiders!
From the crystal-clear pool and spa to the incredible 3,400 sq ft home this is your vacation destination.
The house boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs and ½ bath downstairs.
A spacious kitchen is complete with appliances and cookware, 2 separate living areas, and a game room with poker table, bumper pool and foosball. There’s even a casino video poker machine! (not for money just for fun 😊) The enormous living room is equipped with a 72” smart TV and seating for 10 plus. Super-fast Wi-Fi for the TV's and your enjoyment. There is plenty of room to spread out in the large upper loft, with seating for 5 and a 60” TV
With 1 king, 3 queen ,we can easily accommodate 8 for sleeping. All of the bedrooms also include smart TVs ranging in size from 42” (queen) to 60” (king)
Swimming in our resort style pool. or sitting on the Baja shelf with a cold beverage is the ultimate fun in the sun. The spa is heated to an enjoyable 102 from 6 to 10 nightly *POOL IS NOT HEATED*Please inquire for additional charge for pool to be heated.(Out of respect for our neighbors the spa will shut off at 10 pm. ) Sit back and enjoy our incredible patio, equipped with a 5-burner grill and table seating for 6. Relax on the patio sofa or the 2 gliding swivel chairs and enjoy the mesmerizing pool lights.
A washer and dryer are on site for guests to use.
We are located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Plenty of shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Uber/Lyft is available 24/7 with very reasonable rates to all of the Las Vegas action.
We invite you to enjoy our fabulous home, we also request you treat our home and our neighbors with respect. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT A PARTY HOUSE*! Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Loud music and or large parties or gatherings of any kind are not allowed. Any violation of this will be cause for immediate eviction and or lose of damage deposit. Pets are not allowed and all deposits will be lost if violated.
Side yard RV parking is available upon request only.

Great Location for Annual Soccer Tournament
The communication was great before and during our stay. It worked out great for location from the James Regional soccer complex, plus having the spa and pool were excellent! The location of the house was in a quiet residential area, but near shopping and eating places.

Great property in a great location
A group of us came down for a golf trip. This house has plenty of room for four grown men and is really centrally located to get anywhere you need to get in Vegas metro. Clean, comfortable and the hosts were great to work with. Will keep this on my favorites list for sure!

We had a great stay. The location is great for shopping and being near the strip. The house was spacious and the pool was amazing! We had a problem with the door handle and the host responded immediately, got us into the house another way, and sent a locksmith. We all had a great time and would go back!

We always stay here when we are in Vegas and feel so much at home here! The hosts are easy to reach and very accommodating. The property is clean, spacious, quiet and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub are just as fantastic as pictured, and the beds very comfortable! Also close to the airport and everything you could want in Vegas.

We had a great stay. I have never done a VRBO in Vegas, but it was totally worth it. We loved having our own pool and space for everyone. We would definitely come back. Spending time in the backyard by the pool was our favorite part of the trip.

great getaway, yet close to the strip, plenty of room
in great condition, clean, comfy beds, awesome patio space and fire pit. plenty of room to cook and relax. the bumper pool, card table, foosball, and video blackjack were good ways to fill downtime. hot tub was crucial.

perfect family friendly getaway
tucked away at the end of a culdesac and with a pool. it was walkable to either Target or Albertsons for groceries, and even a quick trip to In & Out Burger. also a quick uber trip to the Strip for any shows/attractions, but it was great to have the privacy of a home and save some time and money on eating. very relaxing and we were able to beat the crazy heat with the pool all day!

Great stay would do it again
The house was great! We came for a 10U Hockey tourney and it was the perfect spot. There is a Target within walking distance, within 20 mins of fiesta and Henderson ice rinks. The pool was fantastic for the boys. The house had lots of room to spread out. The only thing I would say is bring a Roku stick or an amazon fire stick for the TV down stairs.

A fun oasis retreat
Blue diamond ranch made everything about or holiday in Vegas better! This property lived up to every expectation, it's represented well in all the photos. The home was immaculately clean, the beds were very comfortable, pool was crystal clear and inside was a comfortable temperature. The owners were a pleasure to communicate with and responded promptly. Have no hesitation in saying here, I know I won't. Thank you!

Great location for both airport and strip!
In Vegas for the NFR. Easy Uber to strip, airport, Thomas & Mack, and South Point (all around 10 minutes). Plenty of room for 3 couples without being cramped! This place actually had satellite TV, which is nice for the old-schoolers that are not into all the streaming!!!😂😂 We are picky about beds (like them firm)…these were a little softer than we would’ve liked, but are still good beds!!! Would definitely book again!!

2nd time was a charm!
The house was clean, comfortable, and convenient for all things Las Vegas. There was plenty of room, comfortable beds, and nice little extras as well. The area was safe in the suburbs with plenty of restaurants and stores. It was our second time at the house, but not our last. Book this for your group and you will be satisfied.

EXCELLENT GETAWAY HOME
This property was immaculate even more than the advertised description. Cleanliness, accessibility to venues and shopping was exemplary. The hosts were awesome, responsive when needed. This house is a perfect home away from home but with all the bells and whistles. I shall be back.

Great location and Pool
House is plenty big and the pool is such a fabulous asset. Our only complaint would be that the hot tub is only heated from 7-10 at night. That was a real bummer but other than that it was a fabulous property.
