A beautiful home, with a huge private backyard. Enjoy the entire home as if it were your own. Custom finishes throughout. My home is located near shops and is a 25 min Uber ride to the strip. The home is great for both kids and adults! We ask that you notify us if there are more than 2 vehicles that need to park at the property.

Baseball getaway
Came down for my son’s baseball games. Wasn’t at the property to much but it was clean and comfortable! Pool was great, little old school arcade game was awesome for the kiddos and me lol. Overall and nice property. Could use some touch ups here and there but was clean and comfortable. I would stay again.

Great pool in Las Vegas CRBO
We had a sister’s reunion in the Home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The backyard is beautiful and we swam in the pool both days. So refreshing!

Great trip
I had a great experience at this residence. Good communication with the owner, house was in good shape and had everything I needed, the back yard is huge with nice landscaping and a heated pool. Looks even better in person. A 25 minute ride to the strip. Will use this home again when visiting LV.

Great Location to explore Summerlin
We had a great time. The neighborhood is quiet, but it is 10 minutes from anywhere you want to go in Summerlin. The house has everything you need for a short or longer stay.The backyard is huge and it has a great pool. We loved our trip so much, we are moving to Summerlin :)

Great change of pace vs. hotels
Three coworkers and I stayed at this home rather than a hotel, as we typically do. The home was very nice, super clean and had plenty of room for all of us. We did not get a chance to use the pool or hot tub but we did especially like the living room area, which has tons of seating. We will definitely look into staying here again when we come back to the Vegas area.

We came as a family during the holiday season. Ari was phenomenal to work with. Went above and beyond for us, specially with the heated pool in late December, a huge win for our 4 year old son. The house was a little "worn" but absolutely perfect for our stay.

Fantastic Host
The owner was incredibly accommodating and kind- highly recommend. Finding a backyard in Vegas that has more than concrete and a swimming pool is nearly impossible- Ari’s place is paradise! My pups and I soaked up the sun everyday, enjoyed the peaceful outdoor setting (to include plenty of comfy seating and a lovely hot tub), and really loved that I was the only upstairs balcony in the neighborhood- very special.

We stayed in the area for my niece’s wedding. The house was just perfect. All of the girls in the wedding party could get ready together in one place. The following is a list of positives along with a little feedback at the end: - very clean - good amount of seating - sturdy furniture - well equipped kitchen - good sheets, towels, blankets - good amenities (box fan, playpen sleeper, iron, etc.) - quiet and nice location - great back yard - good window coverings - excellent HVAC system - good water pressure & hot water Feedback : - water temperature could get extremely hot so be careful - wall art fell off wall easily - paper towel holder was flimsy - mattresses should be updated - owner stopped by unannounced twice Overall, excellent home and would stay again.

Ali is wonderful, the hot tub leaves something to be desired
Ali was great to work with and the house is in reasonable shape. The pool heater worked well (temps were in the low 60s during the day) but the hot tub was not usable. The hot tub never heated up after initially using it. We left the cover on for 24 hours and it still couldn't return to 95+ degrees. If you take the cover off (ie use it), the temp very quickly drops and it takes hours (days if you leave the cover off very long) to recover. Ali explained it was a 110v hot tub which just takes a long time to heat up.....which I can confirm.

Perfect location, beautiful backyard!
My fiancé and I and our dogs (one is his service dog and the other is my pet) chose this house due to the location and the backyard! We have vizslas who love to hunt lizards and bugs and run around and also take in all the smells. The yard was huge! The location was perfection and the house was beautiful! Downstairs is just gorgeous. Upstairs is pretty basic with bedrooms and baths and laundry but the bathrooms are nicely updated! We only used 2 of the 4 bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable! High quality sheets on the beds, ample towels for the pool and showers, and AC works great as it got to around 115 during our stay. The pool is clean and taken care of. We spent the majority of the days in the pool and just loved being so close to so many things. The house was super clean when we got there, and I appreciate that so much. We always take amazing care of our rentals, and I wish everyone would do the same as there was a little wear and tear on cabinets and railing but that didn’t bother us. I think the kitchen could use a few more cooking Utensils (personal preference) but it had ample pots and pans, silverware, plates, cups, etc to cook on and use during our stay. Plenty of shampoo/conditioner/body wash. We did run out of paper towels with 1/2 day left in our stay, and I couldn’t find any additional in the house so that’s the only negative. We absolutely loved this house and would stay here again in the future (if we don’t move to Summerlin first!!)

Clean and convenient
We stayed in the house over Thanksgiving while visiting my sister in Summerlin. We spent most of our time with family at my sister's house, and having this space close by for our family to sleep was nice. We enjoyed it much more than staying in nearby hotel. Communication with the host was great. We needed help with something, and the host got right back to me and took care of it. Some details folks might care about: Two plug-in air fresheners gave the place an overwhelming fragrance. We found them and unplugged them and the strong scent dissipated. The bed in the master is softer than I prefer, but I slept fine. The secondary beds sagged in the middle with a teen/adult on them. They are better for smaller kids, but my adult/teenage kids slept fine. Also, my kids noticed the secondary bath upstairs has a hot water safety on the shower so the water only gets warm - great for little kids, but my big kids used the downstairs shower or master shower which do not have a hot water safety.
