Enjoy a lavish experience at this centrally-located condo close to everything! Our condo is located just 10 mins via easy highway access between the Strip and Summerlin. Completely renovated, the entire condo is brand new. Brand new floors, bathrooms, and kitchen! Come make this your luxurious home away from home while you enjoy all the fun that Vegas has to offer!

All concerns and questions must be communicated via Airbnb/Hostfully/HomeAway/TripAdvisor messenger. We are available from 9am to 8pm. If you do not receive a timely response in Airbnb, we have provided 2 contacts for after hours EMERGENCIES only. We are pleased to provide any assistance in a prompt and timely manner while not invading the privacy of our guests.

Beautiful quiet family oriented neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors and remember to follow the house rules for our condo. This is not a strip club, it is a home. Our guests are welcome to enjoy the nearby park, restaurants, and shopping. We have a few favorite spots that are recommended in our welcome manual. Pool/spa are seasonal and subject to closure based on weather by the HOA. It usually opens sometime in May and closes sometime in October.


Our home has a full kitchen with basic cookware, dishware, glassware, and silverware. We suggest you bring any spices you prefer. We provide towels, soap, blankets, and sheets. We also provide limited quantities of cleaning supplies such as dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent.

Uber and Lyft are incredibly prominent in Las Vegas making transportation quick, reliable, and affordable. Parking is limited in our neighborhood so please follow our instructions.

Nice apartment, questionable neighborhood
When checking in, I noticed the address in the app was different than the address in the check in email. Host seemed a little off put when I called to clarify. On our first day there, we saw someone getting arrested and guns removed from the vehicle directly outside of the apartment. That night, our vehicle got broken into and our rear passenger window was completely busted out. When we asked if there was a possibility to get camera footage, we got a brief response saying they would check into it and nothing more. We still haven’t heard back 5 days later. Obviously neither of these events were the hosts fault, but overall ruined our stay at this location. Positives include that it was as pictured and clean.

We were in Vegas to be with family so I was not able to evaluate location to the Las Vegas strip. It was an excellent location for our purposes. The condo was very clean with modern decor.
