This ranch style, open floor plan home with glorious outdoor space is perfectly placed 4 miles to zip lining at the Fremont Street Experience and 8 miles to the fountains of Bellagio to afford a great night out and relaxing days at your private pool. I’ve been hosting guests for over 9 years and truly love it. I live next door, so if you need anything during your stay, I'm literally a hollar away. If not, I let you enjoy all this house has to offer.

Please NOTE: This home is fully licensed by the City of Las Vegas as a Legal Short Term Rental. No worries about the authorities closing it down and ruining your vacation plans. Being licensed does come with lodging taxes. Those are included in all quotes. No surprises.

I rent only here on VRBO/Home Away and the other big player. If you see my house/pictures on others sites, it's a scam. Please do not be scammed. .

We had the greatest time here! Doug, our host, welcomed us, gave us the quick rundown, and was always so readily available and quick to respond to any questions we had. This property was very well stocked from the kitchen pantry to the toiletry and linen shelves, and even the closet stocked with puzzles and games! The outdoor area is beautiful. Our little doggy was spoliled with all the outdoor space. And the hot tub was perfect for the chilly winter days.Thank you so much, Doug! You set us up perfectly for our wonderful Christmas getaway!

Lucky in Vegas!
This property is beautiful and so clean! Our family really enjoyed our time in the pool and hot tub. The spacious back yard was perfect for hanging with our friends who were visiting. We spent a lot of time around the huge island sharing meals and laughs. The owner was so helpful and kind. We really lucked out finding this amazing property!

Perfect Vegas getaway
The kids wanted to swim for their spring break so we drove down to the warmer weather and spent a week relaxing at Doug’s place. Everything was fantastic and Doug is one of the best hosts we’ve worked with. Plenty of room in the house for a family of six, tons to do in the backyard and pool, plus super easy 10-15 minute access to Vegas activities.

Best VRBO!!!
We were looking for a quieter stay in Vegas with our baby and this property did not disappoint! Doug was so kind as to show us around the property when we arrived and explain how to heat the hot tub. The place was extremely clean and had so many extras like pool floaties, poker table, bar setup. It’s also just a short drive to the strip, Fremont, airport, etc. We all agreed this may be the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. 10/10 would recommend both the host and property!

EDC weekend
My family and I rented this house for EDC and it was perfect. Very close to a lot of places. Place is overall clean, but some areas were dusty and found a hair on one of the beds. The house was equipped with everything you need, so you’re able to cook. The backyard was also very pretty with a pool and a volleyball court. Overall we enjoyed our stay and perfect for a family and even pets.

Super Bowl getaway
Very nice property, very clean and well stocked. Even during the super bowl weekend, we were able to get Ubers within 10 minutes. The backyard would be great if the weather was warmer. Very satisfied.

Awesome, great place.

The house was everything that the description said. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking anything. The back yard was so fun. We loved the different spaces for gathering. The beds were comfortable. We plan to go back. We loved the location and Doug was very helpful.

#1 Host On VRBO
This was by far the best host we've ever experienced through this process. We've stayed at multiple locations in the past 5 years and Doug is by far heads and shoulders above all other hosts we've ever dealt with and the property follow suit (Vegas Pun) great time and would recommend!

Amazing Vacation Experience
The property was well maintained and spacious. The owner was very nice and helpful; he was quick to respond to any questions we had and went above and beyond to help us. The home had everything you could need to make it a home away from home; fire-pit, pool, hot tub, grill, and outside patio, etc. It was a great experience overall and would recommend this place to everyone.

Doug is a great host.
We got into a car accident with our rental car (not our fault) and Doug went above and beyond and picked up my family and took them to the house while I got a new rental car which took hours. I have never had a host go above and beyond like that. My kids loved to pool and hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Doug!
