Everyone was very nice and the room and property were beautiful Nice restaurants in casino and bars and lots of video poker ! Only thing because we were there on a Sun-Wed there was no entertainment and the Rouge room which was supposed to have nice Christmas drinks was not open . Wasn’t too far to drive to the strip

Music was blasting from the Rouge Lounge from 4pm-2AM. I was on the 19th floor, in the middle of the hotel, and the base was so loud it shook my windows. Management said they couldn't do anything because it was a private party. Then there was no hot water from 7AM-9:30AM, and then they shut the water completely to fix the problem. Management only offered measly $50 resort fee credits. Expedia actually offered us more credit, and it wasn't their fault at all.

The room was clean, large and comfortable. There are several dining options and the staff all around was excellent!

Do forget anything you might need toiletries wise and expect to find it at the 24-hr. gift shop, like most hotels have. Their gift shop closed early, and we were SOL. Wanted to buy packaged liquor late night as well and couldn't do that either. Too far to walk anywhere else so that was very disappointing!! The layout of this resort is super confusing if you park in the garages to save on vale fees, even the employees couldn't help us find the East Garage. Even for the discounted rate we will find another option next time!

Hot water heater went out. Took the coldest shower of my life. In the middle of winter. Damn near had a free transition I didn’t want in there.
