Welcome to our serene guest house in a quiet & safe million-dollar neighborhood, just 6 miles from the Strip! Enjoy a private pool (shared with the host's family only) , BBQ, and mini-golf in the backyard. Relax in a king bed and cook in the full kitchen.

Please read before your booking:

This is a one-bedroom guest house. We offer one King bed, one Queen sofa bed, and one Queen air mattress (advance notice required). The whole backyard and front yard are shared only with the host's family. Guests are welcome to use any amenities, including the swimming pool, BBQ grill, mini golf, etc.

Please note: to have the pool heated it is $150/day.

Please inform us in advance if your group requires the Queen Size Air Mattress, so we can have it prepared for you.

Central air conditioning and heating. Free WIFI. Free Utilities. Free street Parking (inside gate parking can be arranged upon request).

Please note: Mailbox is not available for any guest. Please do not ship any package prior to your arrival. No one will be responsible for the receipt of the packages.
