Our family time was perfection, lovely home with outstanding views and great spring weather! Good location for day trips; return home to spectacular sunsets. Perfect for what we wanted
We were in town for a concert and to relax for a couple of days. The pool was amazing and we spent all of our time out in the backyard enjoying the amazing view and relaxing in the pool or napping. Thank you Mary for sharing this great home with us

We had a wonderful vacation. This house is a great rental. Host is super easy to work with and get in contact with. Beautiful views from the back yard. Peaceful, quiet and safe neighborhood. the house is in a greet location, clean and neat, the pool is a very fun choice. We loved all the amenities. we are so thankful with our experience. I have to run to the hospital my daughter has a very bad asthma attack, and they have the information handy for the nearest hospital. that's a plus.

Very Nice Home With Pool And Views
It's a quiet, relaxing place with a great private pool, and beautiful views of the Las Vegas strip and surrounding mountains. Communications with the owners was excellent and they were instantly helpful with what few issues we had. (They were MOST accommodating when at the very last minute Delta canceled our flight in July, and we had to move our reservation back two months. We are very grateful to them for that)

The best vacation ever
While the pool was not ready upon arrival. The owners made sure we were well compensated. Close to grocery shopping and a lovely hang out place on the back patio. Bring your pool stuff cause after a day on the strip lounging in the pool is a must. The pool table was a big hit and the house is close to numerous restaurants. Under 30 minutes to most of Las Vegas sightseeing. We will always stay at this location in the future. Felt just like home !

We were in town to visit with our daughter and her family. Our two-year-old granddaughter absolutely loved playing in the pool. Great house, meticulously cleaned, and very well stocked. We would definitely book this property again.

This property was wonderful. Our family enjoyed the stay very much. The Host Was Absolutely Great. We were inContact with the host from day one of our stay and She reacted quickly to every request we had. I had an answer for everything within 10 minutes of my sending a question or request. Perfect location for access to hiking and downtown
Two couples trip. We spent our days hiking and nights downtown. The house was a great location for this. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of space. We loved the spa after long days of hiking and the host was very responsive, turning the spa on and off when we texted. Beautiful view from the back - nice covered seating area. Had everything we needed.

The home was exactly as described. It was fully equipped with everything you could possible need, even toothpaste if you forgot it. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature for a hot summer weekend. The manager was very friendly and communicated well. I will definitely rent this property again.

Clean and AMAZING views
The photos of this house online don't do it justice. The house was very clean and had a wide variety of supplies you would need from soft towels to kitchen supplies. The pool was also very clean, and the covered back patio was perfect on those hot days. In the morning, afternoon, and especially at night, the view from the backyard is spectacular! The neighborhood seemed very nice too. A nice neighbor who sat in his chair in the driveway in the evenings would wave to us as we drove by. The pool table was a hit with the kids AND adults. The bedrooms also had very comfortable beds. There are ceiling fans in all of the living areas and bedrooms, but one of the rules of the house was that the thermostat needed to stay at 76 degrees (per City of Henderson energy saving code). It certainly won't deter me from staying here again because this house was wonderful, but it would have been nice to have the A/C at a slightly lower temp. All in all, I 100% recommend this house. I visit this area of Nevada mainly for the warm weather, palm trees, and the city views. This house had everything and more... I had a few questions prior to our trip and Mary was so easy and thoughtful to communicate with.

Great views!
This house is a nice Henderson home with a great view and a nice pool to cool off! The best part of our stay was the pool which is heated to stay nice and enjoyable year round. That was a really nice perk, very few places have a heated pool and the kids loved it. There were a couple tiles missing, but the deck was recently re done and it looks like they are in the process of updating stuff, so I was not too worried about that. The inside was nice and clean. The owners take effort to make sure everything is clean and well maintained. You can tell they have worked on things to improve the home or painted rooms, etc. to keep it nice. I really enjoyed being able to back our truck into the garage to unload in the rain so our stuff stayed dry. The garage will NOT fit a crew cab F250 in case anyone is wondering, but a Chevy Tahoe or smaller rig would easily fit from my estimate. I am obsessed with garages, what can I say! The home is on a quiet, but busy street. The traffic is local traffic of people going to their homes and it is the main road into the community, so there is a lot of activity and driving. The backyard is quiet and against a railroad track, but remained fairly quiet. It is not what you think though, there are layers to the railroad and there is a nice bike path. The view and outdoor deck with the high top table chairs to eat dinner was the best thing ever! The inside was super stocked! They even had cold beers in the fridge. We do not drink, but for those that do, a nice bonus. This might have been left over from a previous group, so just in case don’t give your hopes up. Cupboards and everything had everything a well stocked home would have. Very nice!!! Overall a great stay, and we will be back!

Beds were plush, the internet was pushing 250MBPS Download, which is some of the best I've had from an VRBO. The pool after a long drive to Vegas and hiking all day at the Valley of Fire was just the best. The Spa was absolutely incredible to sit in. The kitchen and utilities were tremendous, everything you needed was at the house.
