I liked the downtown Las Vegas accessibility. The rooms could use a bit of an upgrade. The bathrooms are small and dated. The beds are comfortable.

The music on the Casino floor was too loud. Same volume blasting at 7am. The fan in south tower was so loud and made weird whistling sounds. Staff member at rewards desk was rude and literall shrugged shoulder multiple times in a What do you want me to do about it attitude, even though other employee stated she was new and might not have given me full onfo. Explained at front desk had severe pain issues and didnt want to be really far from elevator, which he accomodated but then put me in South Tower having to walk back across casino floor when North tower elevator is right next to registration.

I liked the non smoking casino. The restaurant, Hash A Go Go was great. The espresso place was good too. The room was adequate for what I paid. Just spent a lot of time and money taking Ubers to the strip.

Location was great. Our room faces Freemont And all the action Downside was I couldn't sleep until after 2 am from the noise. The bands were very loud. They put ear plugs in the room but they didn't help

Booked a deluxe room no smoking, was put in a smoking basic room with questionable cleanliness. When we asked that said we check in too late due to a delayed flight and there were no deluxe rooms even though there was one available to book on their website for the same days. Not worth the money.

Smoking rooms were the only ones available, despite booking a non-smoking via Expedia. The place is old and disgusting. We didn’t know anything about Vegas, and didn’t realize this is one of the oldest original hotels still standing. Skip it - reviews must be fake or from a different rehabbed portion of the building (we stayed in the south tower).

The staff was friendly, and the food was good. I was extremely disappointed with our room! No mini fridge, microwave, no Bottled water! For a 4 star they definitely got some upgrading to do! The bathroom was so small we had to leave the door open because there was no room to step all the way in and close it! So yea i wouldn't stay here again but the food and entertainment was good!
