We are now offering a 10% Veteran discount on all bookings booked by the veteran. You must send us a copy of your military veteran card. Max. Occupancy is 8 adults but sleeps 15 with an extra charge.

The home is disinfected after each guest's stay.

There are 4 bedrooms, 2 of the bedrooms have two queen beds each. Two of the master bedrooms have three queens beds each and seperate bathroom.
Both of the master bedrooms have French doors to the pool and there is an additional 2 sets of French doors in the home one in the living room and the other in the kitchen. This home sleeps a total of 15 with 4 bedroom plus we have two pull out beds plus three couch beds. There are three full bathrooms and a 3/4 4th bathroom. There are extra bedding in the linen closet for the extra beds. This home also features an adult game room for you and your guest to enjoy! The game room includes a blackjack/poker table, pool table, four standing video games, electronic darts and more. There are smart TV's in all rooms that can be programmed to your favorite app. We dont provide service to the app but you are free to use your own login to watch your favorite shows and sporting events.

The pool is a saltwater pool. We built a Mario playhouse for your children to enjoy and we feature an indoor game room perfect for individual or family playing. Please be advised that there is a nanny cam in the Mario playhouse for use. Please be advised that there is a nanny cam in the kids playroom for use. Located 5 miles from the Strip on a quiet cu-de-sac, surrounded by Million Dollar Homes!! 4 1/2 Bedrooms and Baths; 65" HD televisions. Free Filtrated Water and Starbucks Coffee. Heating of the Spa is Free.

Our Magnificent pool can be heated for a cost of $75.00 per day Equipment available for young children and corporate meetings. Pets are welcome upon approval (2 pets maximum). There is a pet fee of $125 per pet per stay. Please notify us prior to your stay and/or preferably when you book your reservation that you have a dog or any pet staying with you during your stay. If we are not notified there will be an additional pet cleaning fee added of $100.
Black make up towels are provided. If there is any make up left on the white towels there will be a fee.
We have handles bars on all toilets and showers as well as a hanicap accessible toilet seat that fits on top of our toilets
There is an additional Occupancy Tax of 14.6% that is collected by the City of Las Vegas. An additional fee will be charged IN ADDITION TO the cleaning fee if excessive trash is left in the home.

Single Story 4,100. sq. Ft. Vaulted ceiling, fireplace. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. One of the safest Neighborhoods in Las Vegas. We go the extra mile by having private drive by security, along with a security camera at the entrance and backyard of the home for security and insurance purposes.

The home is located less than 1/2 of a mile of a supermarket; within one mile of a Walmart and Sam's club; within 3 miles of a Costco.
