Property not up to standards, a pair of dirty underwear was in one of the drawers, they promised to get the actual room we booked for the following day and they didn’t follow through.

While the front desk / check-in personnel was nice and professional, we had to wait an hour after check in time for our third/final room to be ready. I feel it’s a bit unfair since we still had to check out at the same time (they didn’t offer a late check out to compensate).

Elizabeth at the front desk is a highly unstable and rude person, she should not be in a position in which she is in touch with the clients of the hotel, I documented a full case around a 2 time request I made for towels and cleaning my room and when I asked her at 11 at night for towel (forget about cleaning the room) her reaction was rude and frankly she was shaking and unstable, she told me "You know sir, sometimes things fall thru the cracks, I cant and wont give you an ETA on your towels, because that is the Cesars hotel" I can go on with details, but frankly it was very tense and very uncomfortable, she treated me like a 5 year old she was scolding for asking for the something I have requested 3 times during the day, also there was a piece of glass on the carpet in my room I didnt want to touch it it was in front of the connecting room door, by the time I left after 5 nights the piece of glass was still there and I request for daily cleaning of the room. Anyway I have stayed in several Nobu's hotels and Nobu is a great restaurant with beautiful hotel facilities with staff that tends by be poorly selected or trained, Im the type of client who rather pay more for a hotel room and feel great about my stay even if mistakes happen which they will in any hotel good staff members can use that as an opportunity to win the client over by showing they care and fixing things right away, apologize for the inconvenience and create a personal relationship with the customer

We stayed at Nobu for two nights and enjoyed it. Room was spacious and clean, and as the hotel is within Caesar’s place there is very easy access to the casino floor and all the amenities you may need. A good option if you’re planning to visit vegas.

For a top tier hotel in Vegas this place was absolutely horrible. $60 a night resort fees gets you nothing! Local calls (who is making local calls) and your WiFi which was spotty at best. Bed was comfortable if you don’t mind the pillows and practically dissolve into the mattress. In room dining was WAY over priced even for Vegas. $95 plate of sushi not in room dining. $95 fee to us the spa and fitness center per person, per day!!! Hallways smelled like smoke in a nonsmoking hotel?! Do better Nobu and Caesar’s!!

Difficult to locate the check-in counter. It is on some high floor and one needs to take an elevator. We spent some time lost before we figured it out. The room itself was OK but nothing special.

Lovely rooms, very comfortable beds. A shame that we was woken up both mornings once with an industrial fan going outside in the corridor and second time by a cleaner asking if we was checking out that day. Coffee machine in room but had to pay to use a pod. Nice enough but nothing special.

Hotel was difficult to locate since it's kind of hidden. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. However, the room was too warm. It's on auto even when we tried turning it off and turned on AC, it automatically goes back to 70 for some reason. Housekeeping tried setting it for us but no luck. Other than that, amazing hotel and walkable to other casinos.

Nobu was great. A nice quiet retreat from the bustle of the Caesars Palace casino floor. Would have given 5s across the board, but our room phone cordless handset batter was dead and the hot water wasn’t quite as hot as required during the 2nd shower. I also ordered a few items to the hotel and there was no option to pick them up at the check in desk or have them delivered to the room.

We stayed at the most expensive hotel on the strip, and unfortunately, the service didn’t live up to expectations. Check-in went smoothly, but things quickly went downhill. The rooms were small and underwhelming. We tried calling for service and concierge multiple times, but no one ever answered. Instead, we were greeted by a message to call back later due to service being busy. We opted in for cleaning services, they arrived very late in the afternoon, just as we were trying to take a nap. The room was left dirty all day. The room has a K-cup maker but no coffee, creamer, or sugar provided. There was tea available in the lobby, but no sweetener, which was inconvenient. The worst part came when my fiancé spoke with the reception staff about the poor service. The receptionist acknowledged and he agreed with some of the issue and promised to secure us a reservation at Nobu, stating that he’d call us back shortly. However, after almost 2 hours of waiting for his call, we were left with trying to contact the concierge (again with no answer), we had to get up and go back down to the reception only to find out that he had forgotten about our reservation. For a hotel that cost nearly $2,000 for two nights, the lack of attention and poor service was disappointing and left us feeling frustrated.
