Perfect location!
We spent a week at this property in Las Vegas. It was so close to the fun of Vegas within $13 Uber ride and yet a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the open concept floor plan and great outdoor living area. This home was very dog friendly and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend this property!

The pictures do not do this home justice, it is beautiful inside and out. Literally so close to the airport and just short of a 15 minute ride to the strip with traffic. This house made me feel like home, so much to do in home with games, the pool and grill after a long day on the strip! So glad I was able to stay here!

Convenient and Family-friendly stay!
A very well maintained property in a nice neighorhood that is convenient from the airport and the Strip. We travelled for work nearby but were genuinely surprised at how close this property is from the major tourist destinations if you're renting a car for your trip. The pool is not heated but is well maintained and cleaned. You have everything you need at the place especially if you're staying longer than a weekend. Will definitely look for this property when we come back to the city. Thanks hosts!

Perfect for us
Didn’t want to be on the strip. A quick LIFT got us there for our show. We hung at the house, walked the neighborhood and enjoyed the LV warmth. Pool was nice but too cool to swim. Will check this properties availability for our next visit!

Quiet little slice of heaven in sin city
We absolutely loved this home. It was a fantastic size for 5 adults. The outdoor area was so nice and private and when it got too hot, jumping in the unheated pool was refreshing and only a little chilly. The neighborhood is very quiet. And was so conveniently located to all the places we wanted to go. It was the perfect place to come back to each night after our adventures.

Quiet neighborhood with a central location
Property was clean and as advertised! Pool was great; you could probably fit 2 smaller cars in the garage. En suite bathroom was nice, with plenty of space, water pressure, and the water heater was easily able to keep up with running both showers at the same time! Neighborhood was nice and safe while being centrally located - about a minute to get on 215 and another minute or 2 to the i-15 interchange! Plenty of pots, pans, plates, cups, and cutlery for a large group to eat in (though you shouldn't miss out on vegas restaurants!) and an Albertsons grocery store less than 5 minutes away. Overall a great place to stay, thanks Natalie and Jay!

Just outside of the Vegas Strip
We had a little mix up at check in but it was resolved and we had a comfortable stay. Natalie and Jay care about their guests and they have a lovely, comfortable and spacious home. It’s in a quiet neighborhood close to the Vegas Strip with groceries and restaurants nearby. Our family enjoyed experiencing a bit of Vegas and the surrounding areas with teens and grandma: Cirque du Soleil, Old Fremont, Vegas Strip, Hoover Dam and Red Rock Canyon. Oh and the pinball museum and Area 15 too.

Fantastic stay in a wonderful home
This property was one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed in. Natalie made it very easy to book and everything at the property was a 10 when we arrived. We met the house manager Jay who gave us a tour of the home and was always available to answer questions. We didn't want to leave it was like being at home we would without question like to stay here in the future as we have family living in the area. We would recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet neighborhood at a fantastic home

Great place if the strip 24/7 is not your thing
This is a nice house in a nice neighborhood. It is convenient - just off the highway and a quick Uber to downtown and the strip. The pictures were accurate. Communication with the owner and property management was excellent. The pool was a little cold this time of year, but that was expected and it was still usable. Everything was great.

A Quiet Retreat
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house in Paradise. We had everything we needed plus a few things. It was very easy to communicate with the property manager. The pool and grounds were relaxing and perfectly landscaped. The garage was so welcomed to keep the car out of the desert heat. We bought groceries and were able to make meals daily. The shower pressure was next level fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again if we needed to come to Las Vegas again. The location was safe and quiet but a very fast drive over to the Strip.

My girlfriend & I rented the house for 4 weeks (mid March-mid April 2023) throughout the stay we had friends & family stay as well as some time just for ourselves. We also brought our 6 lb tea cup yorkie, who loved exploring in the enclosed back yard. The location of the house was perfect as it was 5 minutes from the airport and ~ 15 minutes to the strip. The neighborhood was very quiet & we enjoyed walking around with our dog. The layout of the house was open and we immediately felt ‘at home.’ Plenty of room, even when we had guests staying. Having a car is necessary & always park in the garage to keep it cool. We did many day trips, Red Rock Canyon National Park, The Hoover Dam, The Grand Canyon & one day we drove up the mountains where they had snow. Everything you need is close by, gas, restaurants, Outlet Mall, groceries… Owners were easy to contact when we had a question and were accommodating.

We have very good time at Las Vegas. Property location was the best (convenience to all attractions, Strip, parks etc) from all times we visited Las Vegas in the past. Yard is smaller than you can image when you look at the pictures. But it was Ok. Cleanliness was .... around 3 (even I asked a special request to clean it properly ). We did clean it ourselves. There was small problem to get to the house when we arrived (we hadn't have an access to the entry door while someone came and opened it for us). We drove 10 hours and wanted to get in and relax. For other things I don't have any negative comments. Overall, it was very nice vacation. Thank you.

The property overall was good with a couple of improvements needed. The pullout couch needed cleaning as there were crumbs, stains and even a pair of tweezers falling out of the couch once unfolded. Didn't feel comfortable sleeping on a dirty mattress. The bathroom sinks do not drain well and need to be repaired or unclogged. Some of the outside pool lighting fixtures are broken and laying on the ground. The good parts of the home are the responsiveness of Natalie. Easily accessible. Great location to the airport and strip with all of the amenities a person could want. Fully stocked kitchen which was nice to have. The master bedroom's bathroom's shower is WONDERFUL. Great water pressure and comfortable. I would recommend this to others as long as the items noted above are fixed/replaced.

We had a good time, we noticed there is a problem with sugar ants in the kitchen and a homeless man sleeping on the front lawn several times, The neighbors were friendly but very concerned about the homeless man, thank you for letting us stay at your home, it was in a great location😊🌴

Family Getaway
This house is in a great location (about 10 mins from the airport) with very little airplane overhead noise. Just off the I-215 Interstate so it was easy to get anywhere and about 10 mins from the strip and 15 mins from Henderson. House was clean and had plenty of room for a family of four (or more). Pool and patio area was clean and great for some sun and grilling. Owner also provided various pool items such as noodles and floaties. House has many amenities to make it easy for cooking and meals. Owner provided plenty of linens and towels for use. WiFi was fast and easy to connect to. The only issue for us was the master bed and the queen bed were hard but we realize it's hard to please various sleeping preferences. Twin beds were a little softer. Owner was easy to communicate with. We would definately recommend this property!
