This house is also the Ultimate Fighter House that has hosted some of the biggest names in the UFC! This sprawling villa was used to film all of the UFC's reality TV shows and has become an iconic landmark in the world of mixed martial arts.

This home boasts 8,000 square feet of living space, modern furnishings, arcade, pool, spa, gym and tons more entertainment!

The Space:
The living areas are perfect for relaxing and entertaining, with a large flat-screen TV, comfortable seating, and plenty of natural light.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, as well as all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare your favorite meals.

This house features huge 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, as well as spacious living areas and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are luxuriously furnished with comfortable beds, fresh linens, and plenty of storage space. The 7th bedroom is an office that can be flexed to a bedroom.

Outside, you'll find a beautiful pool and spa surrounded by palm trees, as well as a BBQ area and outdoor dining space. The property also features a private gym and sauna, perfect for staying in shape during your stay.

Note: The hot tub can be heated upon request. It takes about 1 hour for the tub to heat up. Then it will stay on for 1 hour. This can be done twice a day for the $50 fee.

There are 2 security cameras in the property: 1 located at Doorbell 1 located in Front (facing the street) All of them are recording 24/7 and for security purposes. There is no camera in private area or anywhere inside the house. Security cameras solely facing the street (as required by the City)
