The property was a great location. We stayed here in January. The pool was open year round and is heated. The hot tub is also year round. There was not a lot of instruction on how this worked so we struggled a bit at the beginning. You need to park in an area that I think states is parking for somewhere else, then walk in to get your keys. We stayed for 8 days/7 nights. Half way through our key stopped working, but they quickly reprogrammed us new ones.The parking garage was easy to find, but the instructions on the key pad were not as easy. We had to insert our key card into the MGM Rewards slot, not the place where it says room key. This took us 3 days before someone pointed that out to us. Made it a lot easier. The location is very central located. Easy to get to the strip and busses. The monorail is hard to find

Another great stay!
Perfect for what we want, superb location, lots of storage, kitchen, access to Cosmopolitan pool. This was our 4th time staying here. Nice to see lots of improvements have been made too- comfy new bed, new lighting and bathroom improvements. Always great communication and Frank is responsive and helpful. Our top choice for Vegas.

Great location
The property is in a prime location right on the strip but without all the noise and craziness. The room needs updates but has everything you need. The bed is super soft and the couch is like a small futon bed. I would say this room sleeps 3 comfortably not 4. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location great place
If you are looking for a great location at an affordable price this is it. The property manager was great. We had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The bed was INCREDIBLE. I slept amazingly. The room was impeccably clean. Easy walk to the best casinos. Uber pick up is 2 minutes from the room. You will need to bring your own body wash and other products but that was no big deal. All in all we will definitely be back. We dont spend much time in our room when we come into town but it would not have been an issue to do so. Thank you for your hospitality, Frank. Can't wait to come back.

Great Location/Nice Place
Awesome location, basically right on the strip. The condo was nice, but there’s a couple of little issues that needed to be repaired. The microwave door wouldn’t latch, and the shower/tub drained very slow. We were ankle deep in water after a shower. I emailed the owner to let him know, and he thanked me and said he already knew about the issues. I’m thinking he should’ve been more diligent getting them repaired. That being said, it didn’t affect our stay, and the owner was very good with communication before and after our stay. I would definitely recommend the place.

Location excellent -Very OLD Condos
Pictures say it better- however I don’t see a place to share the pics- the NOISE level was horrible!! The smell of mold is horrible- and I would not recommend staying here!! The cost was way too much for what we had….disappointing! I would not brag to anyone about this place….

We love it here!
Our second time staying here (and we have two more stays booked) Location is perfect. Love the space, walk in closet, lots of other storage, kitchen facilities, nice lounge area, access to Cosmopolitan pool. Great price too. We are very glad to have found this place as it has exactly what we want/ need for longer stays. New tap replaced whilst we were there, as there was a leak. However, Frank replied to my message straight away and the job was done in an instant. Very impressive. Also he arranged new blinds to be fitted (but we chose for it to be done after our stay) Love it!

Convenient & Clean
Located right next to Bellagio on the Strip. Block and a half from the monorail. Frank, the owner, was very responsive to all my communications. There was a hiccup at check-in but it appeared to have to do with some miscommunication between property personnel, not Frank. Was able to connect with Frank and get the situation ironed out in about 15 mins. Neat and cozy little condo. The bed was super comfy also. Meant to check and see what brand of mattress it was as my wife and I are probably going to be in the market for a new one soon. :)

Needs help
The room had some very disappointing things in it. The sleeper sofa was broken on one side. Made it very hard for 4 people to sleep comfortably. There was one bar stool that was broken. Also, the master bedroom door fell off two hinges. The room needs to get some tender loving care. Including cleaning.

Checked in at 9pm and found a multitude of issues. Had a long day so stayed and checked out by 9am the next morning. The faucet in the bathroom had dried soap on it, the bath enamel is flaking, the wood trim around the bottom of the bath is rotting and is pulling off and there is mold in behind the toilet. All the woodwork is very dirty and needs a deep clean. The bedroom had huge piles of dust under the bed, as well as some rubbish, the mattress and the pillows are stained/soiled. The cooktop foils were dirty also. i contacted the owner and after a couple of emails had the rest of our stay refunded. Would be a nice place to stay if the unit was updated and deep cleaned. The location is amazing.

Worst Experience Ever
I’ve stayed at the Jockey Club several times over the years, and always had a great experience. This was not one of those times. The vertical blinds were missing half the slats. The floor was sticky. The hair dryer attached to the wall adjacent to the bathroom sink was hanging by one moly bolt and jabbed me in the chest when standing at the sink. The bed sagged in the middle. The unit is a dump. A Motel 6 room is a palace compared to this unit. We spent one night, and then checked into a hotel. The owner offered an unspecified discount, but refused to give us a refund on the remaining nights.

Good location
This property was very reasonable for the location, how ever there is multiple things that the owner should fix. The countertop is coming apart on the edges, The bathroom tub is chipped with paint coming off inside of the tub, shower curtain liner was very dirty, the vent in the bathroom has tons of dust buildup, the Bed was very soft but was sinking in the middle. There were no paper towels in the bathroom and we ran out in the kitchen shortly after arriving, there was no trash bags on the premises either and we had to pile the trash until departure day. I sent a message for towels and never received a response. Again very good location but Frank you should really fix these issues and make sure that supplies are available or either respond when they are not!

The only reason this property gets one star is because of its location. Right across from planet Hollywood and next-door to the Bellacio In all our years of renting VBR O properties across the country we have never stayed in a place like this. We came to call it lovingly "the dumpster ". The furniture was rejects from the Salvation Army. The carpet was torn and tattered in several places. Doors were coming off the hinges. The tub was full of mildew. There was no soap, no hand towels, no washcloths. The refrigerator and stove top were a joke. There was no one to complain to because the condo was a part of a timeshare property. The Jockey club was fine if a little worn down. But it is obvious that the owner of this particular condo has either not been there in years or just doesn't care. I went back and read some of the other starred reviews which we rely on to determine whether or not to rent a property. My only conclusion is 1. these folks are relatives of the owner or 2. they were too intoxicated to Care. This experience has given me pause on trusting VBR O/home away for a while.

Great location! Unbeatable Price! Potential of 5 star rating, with updates and attention to detail!
Location...Location...Location!!! Very easy booking and payment process with PayPal! Unbeatable price, no resort fees, no taxes, no cleaning fees as with some vacation rentals! Great communication with owner! Unit was very clean upon arrival, adequately furnished, and equipped with kitchen accessories (except no paper towels, no kitchen towels). AC was challenging to use, seemed to only hold temp for a few hours. I agree with previous review about light switches. Comfortable couch, nice tv (although reception bad with all sports channels, sound but no visual). Very comfortable queen bed. Nice, roomy walk-in closet with ample hangers and clothes hamper, plenty of drawer space (luggage rack would've been helpful). Bath tub/shower with old school sliding doors, not sturdy, no hand rails, very slick tub surface, both of us nearly fell a few times with nothing to hold onto when exiting tub. Husband banged knee up pretty bad. Nice hot water with every shower! Bath mat needs to be trashed. Medicine cabinet nice and under sink storage. While we had plenty of towels, we didn't have NOT ONE wash cloth! Deadbolt on door seemingly not operable. Some trouble figuring out how to get into The Cosmopolitan without going outside. Use of computer/printer in lobby very helpful. Free Wifi in condo a plus. We paid for late check out, but was locked out of room after 11am, had to get security to let us back in. Overall, it was great rental, just what we needed. Money saved on lodging, well spent for entertainment and great dining!! Would definitely stay again, would recommend to others!

Home from home in the heart of Vegas
Frank's place feels like your own condo, right in the heart of the Strip, walking distance to everything, but secluded enough that you can have a restful sleep! Super spacious, super clean, and has a fully equipped kitchen, allbeit a little dated, everything worked fine and we were able to cook breakfast each day! Ample space and a walk-in wardrobe! We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.. thanks Frank :)

Clean, quiet, great location. Close to cvs and Walgreens for needed essentials. Cons no freezer for our ice and lighting could be better. Check in is with Security not main check in window. Would book again whenever we stay in Vegas!!!!
