For this Motel to be close to downtown Vegas, they are years behind on upgrades, did not appreciate the difference in the photos in contrast to HJ Vegas,...as a stark reality.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. Avoid at all costs. There were splatter marks on ceiling and stained mattress with unknown fluid. Floor was filthy, broken appliances. Pick any hotel over this one, it is a complete tear down.

I stayed here for one night and was overall satisfied with my experience. This is a budget-friendly motel in an excellent location—less than a 5-minute walk to MGM and right next to Denny’s, which offers affordable food, especially compared to the high prices on the Strip. That said, the room itself could use some updates. The carpet had visible stains, which made me uncomfortable taking my shoes off, and the bathroom felt outdated. A clean carpet and a refreshed bathroom would make a big difference. For a short stay, it worked out fine, and the price and location are hard to beat. Just keep in mind it's a no-frills option.
