We had no cold water. It was too hot to shower. Maintenance and the bellman did a good job withassessing the issue and getting us moved. The front desk was poor with its communication and unorganized. GVR is becoming an old, tired property. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Employees were indifferent and lacked creating a warm environment. Shower in my room had mold upon the inside front interior tile within. The cost for this supposed resort was exorbitant, and as I had to pay a resort fee when most of the resort amenities were closed. The windows facing the parking lot were broken. It was obvious that I was just stuck in this aging facility. .

The entire staff was very friendly. Hanks servers, sommelier & GM made my husband’s birthday so awesome that we ended up losing a night in Laughlin and booking last minute at GVR. Had such a great time we lost another night in laughlin since we chose to leave a day early and book a much pricier room at GVR❤️❤️❤️
