Never stayed My Room was never Booked when I had reservations
it was the worse I never got to check in the Lady at the front desk never found my Reservation that I had made 2weeks in advance for my wife’s Birthday I got scammed that How I feel You guys got paid and charged My account but couldn’t Help me out I also Rented an SUV for the Weekend $350 and then I still had to make rest my self for another Hotel because the Hotels Where so Expensive for the 2 nights and to top it Off I live 4 Hours Away From Las Vegas thank You so so Much for the best time of my life was without a Room until 11:45 pm when I was Suppose to check in @ 3pm never happened thank you one of the most embarrassing moments I had to unload my Luggage and load it back up thanks To you Guys. I’m really Upset and I would not recommend you guys to no one I had to cut my weekend because I was Short another $900 dollars worse time of my life It was suppose to be a Nice weekend for my Wife Her weekend but clearly you guys ruined the rest of the weekend. I’m still waiting to see if you guys really give me my Refund for my reservation that never happened also my refund for me making new reservation when it was not my fault when I had planned a nice weekend but instead I got a Nightmare and The Weekend From Hell
