This beautifully decorated vacation home features 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms, and a game room with pool table. The great room is anchored by a 65" screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. There is plenty of room to serve your guests dinner in the formal dining area or around the large kitchen island.

A pool table and poker table are provided for additional indoor fun. High speed internet access and wifi for internet access from anywhere within the property

Five nicely decorated bedrooms, all en suites, await your stay. Every bedroom is equipped with king-sized beds, two nights stands, a dresser and 40' wall mounted TV. There are two washers and two dryers for fast laundry, compliments the interior.

Outside, the fun and relaxation continue with a large in-ground pool and spa, a covered patio. There are 4 lounge chair for soaking up sun as well as a built in 42" barbecue grill. This yard is very private with no view in from any other home.

All linens and towels are provided. Please, no smoking in the house.

Great for a large group

The house accommodated 10 people very nicely. Every couple had their own bathroom, huge kitchen, great outdoor space too. Very comfortable stay. Great place!!

Celebrating with Friends

The house was the center of our trip to Vegas. The 5 Master Bedrooms provided privacy while the rest of the house provided relaxation and entertainment. Everyone was more than satisfied with the house’s amenities. Great place for couples to visit Vegas.

Family Rental for Wedding

I needed a large home to accommodate my family for our wedding in Las Vegas. I came across this property and couldn’t be happier. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is extremely clean and well equipped with supplies, bedding, etc. the kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. It gave everyone sufficient space and allowed them to cook and save money on eating out. The Property Manager was responsive and it was overall a great experience. Everyone was comfortable!!

Everything was great

We had a group of friends staying together for the weekend and everything was great. The 5 king bedrooms all with their own bathroom are a perfect fit. Enjoyed the yard/pool as well as the pool table. Communication with the owners couldn't have been easier. Will be back if I can get the right-sized group together again. Thank you.

Fantastic Vacation!

We decided to move our "bubble" from Northern Virginia to Vegas so that we get away, have a pool, and just enjoy a change of scenery after months in the COVID lockdown environment. After settling on this property, and considering the ongoing uncertainty around the COVID situation, the owner and I communicated multiple times in advance of our five-week stay. When we arrived, Jamason answered our questions, resolved a few very minor issues from the previous renters, and made sure we had everything we needed. The place itself was fantastic and was well-appointed. We loved the huge, open great room and kitchen area, and the bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The master suite was really great with a huge closet and an awesome shower and tub. The location was very good. It is in a small neighborhood, but with plenty of distance from neighbors. We loved how easy it was to get to where we were going. It was a 10 minute drive to the Strip, and it seemed that everything else we needed (Costco, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, etc) were within 15 minutes. Super convenient for an extended stay. Thank you to Jamason (and others) for such a great stay. We highly recommend and would love to stay at either this property, or one of his other properties, sometime in the near future!

Fantastic house for a big group.

We booked this house for a business trip. Our staff of four stayed here for about a month. Everyone enjoyed having their own bedroom and bathroom. The house is beautifully remodeled, clean and very spacious. Our staff had fun with the indoor pool table and outdoor golf, pool, spa and bbq area. This house has it all. Very easy booking and communication with the property owner/manager. We would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a large house to rent in the Las Vegas area.

An Amazing House With Amazing Support!

We just left after spending 40 days at this property and it was perfect. It is intelligently designed with a GIGANTIC LIVING space and it has 5 bedrooms all with their own bathroom. Everything is clean, clear, and labeled, and its very obvious this is a very well run operation. I didn't have any issues and anytime we had a question or a problem we were answered pretty much immediately. The owners are incredible and we will be renting this property every summer. I have traveled the world for the past 3 years and this has been the best property we have ever rented. thank you so much. I strongly recommend.

5 Bedroom with 5.5 baths is perfect for a large group.

Our group of 4 couples had a great 4 night stay over new years (we were a group of 5 couples however one couple had to back out) Each couple had a king bed bedroom with in bedroom bathroom which was great. The huge great room had the kitchen with a giant island with stools, dining table for 10, pool table and living room sofa and recliners seating TV area worked great. The pool has a nice fountain feature which is pleasant to look at. We used the putting green and provided golf balls and putter. We ate breakfast at the house each day and grilled on the gas bbq one night. We liked being a couple block from the strip which allowed us avoid the strip traffic jam and cruse the strip every now and then. We shopped at Costco and Vons. We can recommend a nearby Metro Pizza for take out. We ate at Bahama Breeze, Pepper Mill, White Castle, Coney Dogs and Tony Romas. Our activities included The Circ Beatles show at the Mirage, Neon Museum, Mob Museum and some of us zip lined on Fremont street. We can recommend all of these activities highly. It was nice to be able to call Jamason for some lock and pool control answers. We would not hesitate to rent again however note that Jamason and Lindsay have several other units for rent should you need something other than a 5 bedroom 5.5 bath unit.

Large Home Perfect for Business Travelers

Six of us from my company recently stayed her while attending the SEMA show. The house worked out perfect for us. It is an easy commute to the convention center. The house was well appointed and very comfortable. This was our fourth year with these owners and have found them to be very accommodating and easy to work with. They always respond very quickly when we have any questions or issues. We will definitely be back!

I have rented this home multiple times ans we love it more and more each time.

This home is amazing. Five large bedrooms each with a private bathroom. The kitchen is beautiful and stocked with everything you will need. The back yard is so beautiful and peaceful. This home is perfect for a girls trip and a family vacation. The owner is always readily available and leaves very detailed information. You will not want for space in this home. An uber to the strip is only $7. Shopping and restaurants very close.

Gorgeous Vegas House!!!!

I have rented a lot of homes on VRBO and this is by far the BEST!!! My family and I were here to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. It was so awesome that everyone had their own bedroom with a bathroom! We all enjoyed the beautiful pool and spa as well as playing competitive games of pool on the pool table. We cooked most of our meals at the house and had everything we needed. Everyone commented to me about how comfortable the beds were. We all slept great!!! The house location made it very affordable to Uber to the strip and partake in a show or have a night out gambling. Lindsay and Jamason were so easy to work with and answered all of my questions before our arrival. We will definitely rent this house again. Thanks so much.
