This beautifully decorated vacation home features 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, a game room with pool table, and a family room with big screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. This gourmet kitchen boasts plenty of room for dining in the formal dining room and the breakfast area. This home has 2 master suites both with walk-in closets.

World Series of Poker WSOP participants should note that this home is equipped with a full size poker table. This home is about a 5 minute drive to the Rio Casino and has very easy access to both U.S. 95 and I-15. This Las Vegas Vacation Home Rental is perfect for World Series of Poker WSOP participants!

The well equipped kitchen can handle a dinner party in the formal dining room or a late night snack in the nook. The kitchen Island is 12 feet long and can seat 8 at the breakfast bar. A pool table is provided for additional indoor fun. High speed internet access and wireless router for access from anywhere within the property.

Four nicely decorated bedrooms await your stay. All four bedrooms have King size beds, 3 of these bedrooms have their own bathroom. The family room has a fold out double bed. The property has a large laundry room with two washers and two dryers for fast laundry for large groups. This home is plumbed with two water heaters at opposite ends of the house, so large groups never run out of hot water.

Outside, the fun and relaxation continue with a large in-ground pool and spa. The pool has a large 'Wet-Deck' for kids that is 12' x 12'. The wet deck is 8" in the shallow end and 14" in the deep end. Its perfect for small children. There are 6 loungers for soaking up the Las Vegas sun. There is patio furniture that seats 8 and a barbecue grill for a great outdoor experience. This yard is very private with no view in from any other home.

All linens and towels are provided. Please, no smoking in the house.

My 60th celebration!

This house was perfect for my 60th celebration with my family. Not being right on the strip was perfect. We did all of our cooking at the house...BBQ and all. The pool was perfect and a joy with my 22 month old granddaughter. They keep this house very well maintained. I cannot say enough...it was a perfect get away. Paradise in the Dessert

I spent my birthday with friends in this beautiful home. From the moment we walked in, it felt perfect! The home was spotless & specious. The living room is where we spent most of our times & then the pool table, game room & backyard pool. I am looking forward to spending my next birthday here again, to try out the BBQ. The area around it was quiet and very safe to stroll around. The host was kind enough to come over and help us turn on the pool waterfall if we needed it, it was very kind of him to offer his help & know that he isn't far from us incase anything went wrong. Overall the home, service & environment were 100%.

Can't say enough good things about this rental. We are four lifelong friend couples who travel every year. This home was just perfect. It's beautifully decorated, very spacious, and it had everything we needed. The back yard has a beautiful pool, hot tub, large BBQ with a wet sink and plenty of space to congregate. There is a two car garage and plenty of additional parking, two refrigerators, amazingly comfortable beds, four bedrooms and four baths. Would rent this home again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful stay

The property is fantastic, well maintained, clean, with a lot of amenities. You should hire a car, but Walmart, ATMs, coffee shops only a mile away. Villa has plenty of spare towels, and loungers by the pool. Owners respond to enquirers promptly. Thoroughly recommend this property.

We had a great and great time! Super house and perfect for a small group of 7 adult men. Everything is clean and well maintained. The pool / backyard with the BBQ is terrific. The owners are very friendly and have made themselves available for questions / problems immediately. Jamason was a great host, friendly and easy to answer with extra information or needs. We would definitely come back and recommend this to anyone. You should only buy a rental car, because you are a little helpless without a car. Thanks for a great stay Jamason! Our family stayed a week in this beautiful home for spring break. We travel a lot and have stayed at multiple different properties and this is definitely one of our favorites!!.. The location was great! We left one afternoon to go to the strip, we were gone 3 hours and we couldn"t wait to get back to the house. It was just like home we didn't want to do anything but just hang out and chill.. The owners of the home were so kind, and so willing to help with everything we needed. This place is amazing!! We couldn't ask for a nicer place/or better hosts!! Thank you, we cannot wait to go back!

Perfect place for larger groups visiting Las Vegas

The house itself was a perfect fit for our group—not an easy feat for 10 adult males! Large, clean, and very nice. The pool / backyard set up is great. The owners are fantastic as well. My Husbands 50th birthday!

We had GREAT time! The house was exactly what was online! It was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub even though the weather was quite chilly. The house is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry are all well stocked and ready for a stay. The owners responded right away to any questions we had. We will absolutely do this again!

Quiet, comfortable house

We were very pleased with our stay here. Jamason was very communicative when we had any questions. We had a small issue with the refrigerator, but he had a repair person out there right away to fix the problem. The home was super clean, wifi was reliable (which was important for because we were in Vegas for work) and comfortable for us. Thanks for everything...we hope to be back again next year!

Perfect home for a family gathering and great location close to the Strip

We were in town for the Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon and this home was perfect for me, my wife, our two sons and their families. Large open kitchen/family room and individual bedrooms with bathrooms for all. Great pool with shallow kids area. Convenient location close to the Strip. Owners were very accommodating with prompt communications.

Perfect spot for a family gathering

Great Home for Group!

We loved this home so much we found ourselves hanging out instead of going out. So much room to socialize or relax and read. The layout offered good privacy, but the large open plan kitchen/pool table/living room combo was a big hit for us. Also, the pool and hot tub area was an oasis. The home is well supplied and appointed.

Very, very nice and comfortable and fun

The house is perfect for a group of people. We had four couples and with the four king beds (all with very good mattresses and bedding) and four bathrooms and all the seating area and large kitchen space everyone was comfortable. The game table and putting green were hits with our group but the pool and hot tub were in excellent conditiion and would be fun too. The owners were responsive and obviously made efforts to make their home a fun place for visitors.

Very Nice Property

Overall, we had a good stay. The house was clean and well taken care of. The beds were comfortable and it was a great place for our group of 8 to be able to stay and have common space rather than being in 4 separate hotel rooms. I'd say the downside to staying at the house was that we were not very close to restaurants or grocery stores, and we chose not to rent a car, so that was kind of a pain. It's not an expensive Uber ride to the strip, but the house is far enough from businesses that you might want a car. We also paid extra to heat the pool and felt like it never got warm enough to be super comfortable when the outside temp was 82 degrees. We arrived early and Lindsay kept in touch with us and let us know when the cleaner was done and allowed us to check in early, which was very nice and handy. We also asked for a skimmer to clean the pool (there were only broken ones at the house), and they brought one over right away.
