Live it up Vegas-Style! With space for up to 16 guests, our home is the perfect launchpad for your stay in Vegas. Which themed bedroom will you claim for your own during your stay? Choose from The Godfather, Welcome to Vegas, Marilyn Monroe, The RatPack, Showgirl, Elvis Presley or Stardust.

Everything is brand new, and you’ll be some of our first guests. Our home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just 6.6 miles from the Central Las Vegas Strip.

You’ll love our fully equipped gourmet kitchen with everything you need to make a home-cooked meal, comfortable beds and linens, spacious common areas, newly renovated bathrooms, and more both indoors and out.

Relax poolside, take a dip in the sparkling private pool or soak in the jacuzzi. Lighted fountains in the pool are fun to play in and mesmerizing to watch. The gazebo area has a TV mounted so you never miss your show while getting your BBQ on! There is plenty of outdoor dining and seating and a large turf area to kick it.

** PETS **
- Pets are welcome for a $150 fee.

1. You must clean up after your pets including bagging any waste in the yard or common areas. Cleaning up pet waste or excessive hair could result in additional cleaning fees.
2. Pets must not be left unattended at the property.
3. Pets must be leashed in areas accessible to other people.
4. Any aggressive behavior or noise that could disturb neighbors could result in fines or eviction.


** OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE **
- The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in.

- No Smoking in the house. Smoke and noise detectors are installed throughout the property.

- Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.

- We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.

** DAMAGES DURING STAY **
- Please note that guests may be subject to additional fees in the event of damage to our property or furnishings resulting from negligence or irresponsible behavior during your stay. The extent of these charges will be determined based on the severity of the damage incurred.

** NO PARTIES, DISRUPTIVE OR EXCESSIVE LOUD NOISE **
- We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
