The owner lives right around the corner. Has several cameras on the house but mostly it just sits and watches them. We brought the rest of the team over for dinner. At roughly 8pm he showed up and said we were not allowed that many people at the house (16). We said they were here for dinner and we were not causing any ruckus. He said city law did not allow it and threatened to revoke our stay. It's a5 bedroom, by law, 12 allowed to stay and 17 to visit. Yes read Las Vegas good neighbor rules. And need to be clear and quite by 10pm. He also said we had to many cars at the house. He sent pics of the different cars that were at the house but did not understand that we had to rent 2 cars just for the first day due to arriving early, before we could pick up reserved rental. He provided no house rules. VRBO only stayed to see manager for rules. Both hot tubs had not been serviced in a few weeks as well as the pool. One of us cleaned the pool every morning. A maintenance guy showed the evening we arrived to fix the hot tubs including replacing a pump. Did not wash it tubs just poured in a gallon of shock. Whenever you ran the hot tubs it would build a huge amount of foam and film. The house has several large ceiling leaks, several cabinet doors are very loose and falling off. Manager keeps ac on a phone app and changes tempos back to his setting. He has also set water heater to a luke warm setting. The master bath vanity is falling off the wall. Not everyone that comes to Vegas knows the short term rental rules. There is a difference in rules for Vegas and North Vegas and Henderson. Maybe posting them will help.
