Please read below for the latest developments relating to Diamond and our response to COVID-19.
Located just south of the famous Las Vegas Strip, Cancún Resort Las Vegas offers a retreat from the non-stop action of Sin City. Leave the crowds and the noise behind, and relax under a shady palapa in a hammock by the pool. Enjoy spacious and comfortably appointed villas and penthouse suites, or spend a day being pampered at the on-site spa. With a Mayan pyramid waterfall and four water slides, Cancún Resort Las Vegas is a true desert oasis for the whole family to enjoy.
Approximately 1600 square feet, this Penthouse Villa features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 1 King Bed in the guest bedroom, 1 Sleeper Sofa within the living room with a full kitchen, dining area and 2 bathroom. Maximum of 6 occupants.
Fees Due Upon Check-in:
A credit card for a $300 security deposit and a daily $31.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit).
Notice:
All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.
The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $300 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking and a daily $31.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). Resort Fee includes BBQ grill(s), billiards access, bocce ball access, business center, coffee bar, DVD rentals, fitness center, hot tub access, on-site laundry, local/toll-free calls, pool access, self-parking and Wi-Fi. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.
Check-in at 4 pm, check out 10 am. 24 Hour Reception. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. Starting April 2, 2021, we will begin distributing pool wristbands. Upon using your room key to enter the pool gate, a pool attendant will ask for your Villa Number to determine how many wristbands to distribute based on the size of your room (a 1-bedroom will get 4 wristbands and 2-bedrooms and Penthouse Villas will get 6). Each day new wristbands will be distributed in a different color to differentiate between days. Should it break or get lost, simply show your room key to the attendant for a replacement band. The nearest airport to Cancun Resort Las Vegas is McCarran International Airport which is 5 miles by car respectively.
Please note by purchasing this listing you agree that there may be a chance for an 'Upgrade' to your unit for a larger unit that will fit the same amount of people. If this is the case, we will upgrade your room without question, free of charge. Therefore, depending on the length of your stay and unavailability of rooms, you may be upgraded to a larger suite during your stay with us.
Hence, if you have any concerns, our office is open 24 hrs to respond to your requests.
*** Parking Policy ***
FREE (Self-parking). Only one vehicle per accommodation may be parked on-site. Additional vehicles must park off-site. Please park any oversized vehicles, trailers, boats or motor homes in the rear of the property.
*** Pet Policy ***
Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.
*** Smoking Policy ***
No Smoking. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.
*** Housekeeping Policy ***
Daily housekeeping is not included and may be added for an additional fee.

This resort offers Braille signage (i.e. elevators, room numbers), handicap parking, first floor access ramps, and a portable pool lift.
