The Desert Moon, an independent motel, stands out from it competitors with its renovated rooms and the diligence of the owners, who live onsite, to ensuring guests are safe and taken care of. Don’t let the location put you off - it has improved greatly in the past ten years and being a stones throw from Downtown, the Desert Moon is a hidden gem. I will be back!

The room was clean and smelled great. The bed was comfortable with good TV service. The exterior was also clean and well kept. Room service would have been nice mid-week - clean towels and empty the trash can.

Room came with kitchenette as well as plates, bowls, pans, and basic cookware. Spa tub was very clean and the shower head had mild hard water stains but nothing actually dirty. Very good room for the price and the office lady waited for us to arrive very late at night.
