Stayed here for a conference. Booking part of things was straightforward. Hotel reached out ahead of time and was nice. Arrived, checked in, and was sold on upgrading our room. Got to our room and was impressed initially- it was the size of a one bedroom apartment and SEEMED well set up. Set our stuff up and went to the initial meeting. When we arrived back at our room for bed we realized there were no electrical outlets anywhere near the bed. This was fine for phones, but I sleep with a CPAP machine. I called the front desk, and they did not have extension cords for this situation. They called maintenance who said there should be outlets there. I confirmed there wasn’t. They then said you can get your own cord and that was it. The next morning I asked about downgrading our room and if that would mean there would be outlets near the bed. They never responded. On checkout day I asked about a late checkout, as the conference we were attending let out at 12. They initially said yes, but at 12. Asked if it was possible to do so a bit after 12. They then responded by saying that checkout was at 11am. Just treated us like they could care less about us.

This property and staff were a 10! Clean, friendly, room was big and very nice, shower was excellent, food was very good, everything you need at the property. Gorgeous pool with 138 ft screen. Can walk out door to Fremont. We will be back!

Walking from the garage to hotel was very easy. Use of elevators very convenient. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful, especially Michael. However, pulling in to the front of the hotel to check in was challenging. The valet staff couldn't decide where we could park to check in because we did not want to use valet parking. Not being here before, we just assumed you pulled out front like you would normally do at any hotel. Maybe there could be better defined instructions for this process.
